Thread: Rebel, Havoc, tier 3 mission 2.

On this mission out of Yavin i'm to go toEndor and find cargo. That's easy. Then toLok to meet with x-wing. Easy. The problem is the next part where I have to dock with an a-wing. The imps keep spawning over and over. They never stopso I can dock with the ship. Am I to disable them, then I can dock? I've been destroying them.
The ship always denies my request to dock.

So nobody knows or has done this mission? I could use some help. I tried disabling them but didn't work they kept spawning.

They'll spawn until you finish docking. Kill them fast enough to have a minute to dock before the next wave comes, get a good enough shield gen that will hold them off while you're docking, or get a buddy to watch your back.

I recommend the buddy approach. If you do it solo, I'd say activate /eshields as you start the docking procedure... it should be enough to hold out while the docking commences.

Well i've had the time to dock before several times actually. It's just that every time I try it says dock request denied. I don't know what else to try.

Still no luck on this. I've tried to dock so many times, probably more than 10 times. Always get request denied. Tried the /eshields thing. Request denied. Every time I kill the 3-4 ties, 3-4 more are there to replace them.
My shields are not a problem to sustain damage while docking. Is there some other command i'm supposed to put in for the a-wing?

Maybe try inspecting him first? I don't recall whether I had to do that. And you're absolutely sure its the mission A-Wing with the white brackets, not just some random rebel ship?

Make sure you have the ship you want to doc with targeted. If it isn't, you will get the dock denied notice.

Yeah, it is the right ship, the a-wing with brackets. How do I target that specific ship? When running through the targets all I can target is red dots. I usually use "t" to run through them.

Jett, I use the ' key (apostrophe), it cycles through everything the radar can see, but it will eventually target anything in sight and thus, the ship you are trying to dock with. I think, not sure, you can also type /dock <ship name> and that will work also...have to try it.

You can use the X button to target what you have under your reticule, so just hold the reticule over the A-Wing and push X, you should get it that way.

ok, my question is in this tier after you dock with said awing, you must stop an imperial force frome reaching somehting blah blah, I get wp, slaughter the given waves of ties with in seconds(buddy aproach) but yet I get the imperial ships reached the fleet....failed am I missing something here. Is this not just kill the incoming waves at the wp?
