This has to be a cruel joke or a bug.
I am a pilot 2/2/2/2 and I have died about 13 times trying
to do the mission called “Endor system: Capture the Engineer Transport Under Rebel Control.”

-I have been hit my wave after wave after wave of Tier 3 ships.

-I am not even Tier 3

-I cant increase my skill points even though I have the xp, because
I have to complete this impossible mission first.

-I have asked guild members and people I don't even know to help me.
No one wants to help.

WTH? Make it so hard you can't have fun???

Heck while your at it, make a level 20 take on 30 Master Jedi.
That sounds fair to me (sarcasm).

No, that's the way it's supposed to be. It's just for Tier 3, so get some help and power through it.

Oh, and what droid commands are you running? Those will help a ton.

Take a deep breath. Again. Feel better?

Welcome to Tier 3! Every time you go up a Tier you can expect harder missions. I'd suggest getting that equipment box first once you pass this mission so you have something to shoot them with.

While we're talking, I'd like to introduce you to a great fallacy in JTL:

The fallacy? Lots of people in this game will help you, if you ask nicely. If your guild won't help you, find another guild. When asking random people, ask very, very nicely. Heck, try offering money to hire them. Or post on your server forums.

As to the mission, perhaps we can help you with some better tactics. What ship are you flying? And as asked above, what droid programs do you run?

TIE/IN is a good ship, but if you can afford it find a shipwright to make you a Heavy TIE. 90k mass, and handles like a dream, certed at Tier 1. You can fit better equipment into one of those than the regular TIE ships, and it'll help a lot against higher Tier opponents.

Don't mind if I contradict you, do you? Get equipment second. Grab droid programs first. The astromech/flight computer you can get at Tier 3 will hold the programs you need for the rest of your pilot profession. You can easily survive through the next mission with those programs running, and then grab the equipment. Those programs make everything so, so much easier.

How dare you contradict me!

I like equipment, I find the heavier guns/shields help a lot going into a new Tier, especially since I hate the lower level engines (although you should see my Leve 4 RE...). Can't stand going slow. I'd take droid programs second.

But regardless of which of us you listen to, if you can find a Heavy TIE it'll let you skipt that ship box until last.

/agree with Treena, droid programs > equipment or chassis

I generally agree, equipment is usually the first thing I pick up. However, for Tier 3 I make an exception. Tier 3 is the first time you can get a computer that can hold RO3, EO3, CO3, WO3, and CtSS4. I find EO3 to be much more useful for going fast than a new engine at Tier 3. At least, for one mission. And EO sadly gets cut from the list pre-Tier 3 since WO and CO are much more useful.

Take the equipment box. Programs arent certed, only computers. You can use a lower level computer andbuy chips forEO3 and WO3 and get more bang for your buck. Newer pilots lack the hit avoidance skills, as well as the timing and good DI to use Shunt, so a newer bigger shield is a lot more helpful.

Also consider dropping some of the droid programs down to level 2 in the lesser FCs ... I think you can fit 2 of them in the same space a 3 takes up, it allows for something like WCO3, WO2, EO2, RO2, CtSS3 (or whatever). This is more useful if you're going to go on to other squadrons, you get to missing droid programs when you do that...
