Heh, you must be talking about Storm Squadron. Those missions are tough and only get tougher. I needed alot of help to get through them myself. If your server is Bria I'd be happy to help. IGN - Ruphio. Look me up if your on Bria as well.

Well, no one will help me in game, so I am stuck as a 2/2/2/2 pilot.
I wonder how new characters advance now. Must be a group only game
at higher levels.

Try taking on 10+ Level 3s at the same time, nooblet. I am a Tier 2.
That is what I am faced with. 3 would not be so bad, I can take on 5-6 at a time,
but not 10.

Post your ship's equipment. Let us see how you're set up, and we can try to give you recomendations. What droid programs are you running? What flight computer do you have? We need information about what you're doing so we can actually try to help.

A big glaring problem seems to be that you don't have working shields unless they've been damaged recently. Also a better capaciter would do you wonders as well.

Mass. We need to know the mass.

And your lack of a Droid Interface and Flight Computer are a GLARING problem. You need one. Like, yesterday.

There's also no PYR listed on the engine, your reactor is pretty poor (though if it's enough, and VERY low mass, good enough), replace your rear armour (and this shows where you take the hits, ships pounding on the rear shields while you fixate on one ship, probably), and as stated, the cap is pretty poor. Also as stated, there's not a hint of mass so we can tell you what's a good part for the mass, and what's simply bad.

People, the shield might be the L4 reward shield, I think that's the same regen ... yes, same regen, same drain, this means the shields are 898 or so and 6256 mass. Looking at the engine HP and armour, it might be crafted, and we know what that means for PYR...

I know the mission you speak of...my cruel joke is the spawn of tier 4 fighters in the same area...what i did was fly in...dock with the ship while taking fire then bug out if needed. use your hyperspace drive to shoot to a different area of the endor system...that helped me.

ps i don't have any droid computers and have yet to use them, but I am begining to see the need for them when I engaged those tier 4 fighters. I am not bragging about my pilot skills, been doing fighter sims forever, but slowly learning about the systems may help provide the needed edge you will need in game. I know i am learning as I go.

Also, WHAT SERVER ARE YOU ON??? This will probably be the absolute most useful piece of information you can post. You can be flooded with information, how to fly, how to equip your ship, and how to use droid routines, but most people learn faster and understand that same information better when they see it done as well. Not to mention, I can't recall seeing anybody on this forum ever say they wouldn't help if they were available at the time. There is a post stickied at the top, Pilot Helpers. Check the list of pilots for your server too, and send emails. Like on many servers, there may be a chat channel pilots can use to request assistance or organize PvE/PvP events. The names listed in that thread will be the ones you should contact first, they will be more willing to help.
