Thread: My latest Oppressor loadout (re-done)

Key notes:
1. No armor
2. no chaff
3. Id go with an RE'd L8 engine at around 23-25K mass
4. L8 RE'd reward shield is 2555 F/B at about 25K mass (give or take 1K)
5. Having done 3 and 4, youd get an L8 gun over that L7
6. Most importantly, youd have more room for missles. Either MK III concussion/proton or MK II IR's. (may have to pump reactor up from a MK II to a MK III 14K output or so.)

Thanks for the advice Ducimus, I'll go see what I can do and edit my post with new stats. And about the level 8 reward gun... I never seemed to have ever recieved one for a reward (I aced a LONG time ago so I may have deleted it or something way back then, not knowing how good it was). And yes, this ship is mostly for PVE since I never see any pvp in space on Lowca (except for2 privateers who were rebel aligned that I got the dropon in DS yesterday, took both of em out before they saw me).
[Edit: Oh, and as an Imperial, you never received a level 8 gun.. we get a level 7. I see lvl 8 borstel disruptors (freelancer reward) on the bazaar pretty frequently though]

I'd only make a backup of your bird (not sure how bad decay is now), which is what I plan to do when I find a new shipwright.

You might look around for some lvl1-3 caps, most of mine that I've settled on have been around 1k mass and 1100 energy. They're out there and not that uncommon it seems.
I said booster only because if you ditched some of the mass from your cap I'd drop it there for a little more 'getaway' speed.
Other than that looks pretty nice, PvE I'm assuming?
