Thread: Pilots aren't getting badges for Aceing Due to Respec....

As stated. I masters Royal Forces pilot and did not gain my badge. Maybe its caused by the Respec. Well I have 2 more pilot professions to do and I don't want to wait 1-2 weeks for the Respec to be over to gain this badge. =(
Since piloting Skills are unable to be respeced I don't see why we can't earn the badge. Give me my badge ^.^ So I can go do another pilot.

Did you actually cause damage to the Vette? It's my understanding you have to damage it to master.

Yes I caused damage. I even mastered. I did not get my badge. I assume its because of the badge lock down due to the respec. Since Pilot is not a profession someone can respec to/from we should still get our badge. Its not fun to wait for 2 weeks to get this badge. I would like to complete the other Freelance pilots prior to ROTW launch. 
If I drop it to work on the other Squadrons its pointless, I won't get a badge from those either. Someone told me to pick the option "never" on the respec thing. Well then I can't respec my "ground" combat skills if I wanted. Thats not a fix to the problem. Pilots are not effected by the Respec so therefore either should their badges.
I wanted to work on the other 2 Freelance pilots during double xp week. Anyway hope someone besides me noticed this.

You may be given the badge when your respec period ends (which is 2 weeks from the first time you logged in following the CU). The patch today specified that players wouldn't obtain badges for mastered professions due to respec'ing. However, they would be given badges for those mastered professions they keep following the respec period. You may be a victim a bug due to this patch.

Well, get one problem fixed, and up crops another. I'll see what I can do about this.

Yeah I hope this gets fixed Really Really fast, as in Today. I've already sent a ticket in, about 5 hours ago.

I hope it gets fixed or else it defeats the purpose of double xp in space =)

I mastered Corsec on Saturday.... got the badge.... Got the Helmet... Got the Medal. I didn't see any problems.
6x Master.... 3 to go!

Yeah this is BS. I Finshed off Storm and was going to move on too Smugglers, BUT I have no Badge even thou I'm Ace, problem is if I drop it I'll never get the badge.

I'd put in a ticket if I were you.
See if a CSR can give you the badge so that you can move on.
