Thread: Looking for the Millennium Falcon engine and blasters...

Hi all! Just got my YT-1300 thanks to the good suggestions here! Currently though, I'm looking for an engine that gives the appearance of the engine that the Millennium Falcon has. All of my engines including the reward ones have a small band with two exhaust like projections. I'm going for the big wide band. Also, are there blaster cannons that have the same sound effect and appearance of the Falcon's cannons? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

The Falcon uses the AG-2G blaster, with the red laser effect, but I am not sure exactly which sound it uses.

Er, is that a looted blaster? At what level is that blaster? Thanks but could you be a little more specific?

A2-G2 is a level 10 looted blaster if that helps 
Edit: full name is 'corellian AG-2G Quad laser Cannon'
not sure if the blast effect matches with the film though

Thanks! Would you recommend Kessel as a place I could loot this item? Where is the best spot to get Level 10 items? Thanks!

The effect of the AG-2G Does not usually match the movies, . Also, the Stats are notthat great for a Tier 10
But if you Use one for RE, you can keep the name to make it more realistic for yor Falcon.
I have noticed them dropping mainly from Tier 5 Rebel Gunboats and occasionally Tier 5 X-wings and Tier 5 B-wings, as well as corsair X-wings in Kessel. Try mainly Kessel and Deep Space. If you were on Flurry, I'd trade you one of mine.

Thanks! Shame though that the Falcon turret effects are not in the game. For such an iconic weapon, it sure hurts the Star Warsyness to not be there. It should have been the easiest space item to put in

I'm so chuffed, I looted an AG-2G tonight. My YT-1300 already hada quad cannon (can't remember name), and now it has two!
Min damange 2.3K, max damange 3.7K. Mass 55K.

Id suggest RE the AG-2G with a better damage gun... they are on the low end of T10 guns unfortunately.

Thanks for tip, unfortunately it's the only lvl10 gun i've ever looted. It'll be kept nice and safe in my YT until I get more though

The name has no effect on the stats for an item, only its level, appearance, and for weapons firing animation.

Actually, the name does have an effect on the stats. Each name has a specific range of stats. SOme are better than others. For example, the Tier 7 Vortex Mark III reactor has a range of Generation Rates anywhere from 4K to 35K+. No other Tier 7 that I have seen does that. I have looted 5 AG-2G blasters now, all of them in the 2200 min-3800max damage range. I have also looted 6 Aramek Elite Ion cannons, all in the 2300min-4300max. Name does not mean specific stats, but it does indicate a range.
