how much do my components decompose from pvp?
it seems my heavy x realy take a lot of damage. i havent died much but its on 1300 hp now
If you die in deepspace you take no damage. Although every once in awhile if I happen to get caught in the perfect crossfire of 'vettes, gunboats and spawning escorts they will keep pounding me until the load screen pops up. Once (and only once) I ended up with damage when I left deepspace. Unfortunately I had no choice but to repair as my engine and boosters were gone.
The real fun in space PvP is when you get the drop on someone. I will never forget hitting "Target Closest Enemy", and bringing up a KSE Firespray. As I got close I realized there was also a Khiraz with him. I figured I would get vaped like nothing, but the Khiraz went down in my first two volleys, and then the KSE and I looped around each other a couple of times until I pulled a perfect immelman and landed pretty much right on his tail. After 2 minutes of just barely getting him in my sights I finally landed three good shots in a row to take him out. Unfortunately they did not come back for more. ![]()

Why do space pvp?
Well, you could almost argue the same thing in ground pvp... you only do space pvp because you want to ![]()
