I just got enough parts to re-engineer the Level 8 reactor I've been saving. Check out the results:
Armor: 805.5
Hitpoints: 805.5
Mass: 21,148
Reactor Generation Rate: 38,359.9
I'm thinkin' this baby is worth a pretty penny.

I think I'll hold on to this reactor.
Either way though, it would probably be worth a cool 20 million or more.

It'd be worth less now thanks to Elite Reactors for POBs.
I'd hold onto it in case WO3 ever gets fixed. A lot of KSEs, Krayts, and B-Wings would be able to fit this with still-respectable payloads.

Maybe you missed the Mass number. Check again. The POB reactors have 250,000 mass or more. This one has 21k. It will fit in your starfighter.

No, I read it just fine - hence my saying:

Right now an L1 will power things just fine - but maybe not in the future. As for now this level of reactor would only be feasible on something like a POB with an EO4ed engine (which would break 20k+ EO4ed), and WO4 is POSSIBLE with a CO4ed POB cap...

You're right, I missed that statement.
That reactor will bea very nice fit for my Rhix. I can then power three big guns. Even the best reactor I can make, with Reactor Overload 4, can't provide adequate power to three bigguns along with everything else.

I think you just turned purple, too. The only real mistake you made with this is that there's an L8 reward reactor that most people get rid of. Has like 911.x hp/armor.

While it is nice, there are L7 REs out there with far lower mass, and sometimes even higher power.High gen reactordrops are nice but not all that uncommon. Even still, It would prove difficult fitting it in all but the largest starfighters, and would mean skimpings in other areas.

Mine's a lvl 7 with 43k+ energy and only 11.6k mass. I could 'retire' if i ever decide to sell it.

I fly a B-Wing and can power everything with an 8k mass, 14k generation reactor. Once WO3 get's fixed I can see the use of the 30k+ reactors but right now I wouldn't pay a dime for them.

Exactly, I don't know why people think that these reactors are so amazing. The only thing I could have ever seen using them for was putting them in a PoB, but that wont be necessary now with 2k hitpoints 40k generation reactors.
