Pretty much the same issues as everyone else.
Nothing to do after Master. MPS's without a crew are useless. Also Wookiee (or all players wearables). I have master freelance, with the Ace jacket, and Master Helmet, and can't wear them because Im a wook. Give us Something we can show off for our time.

To add, programmed driod chips not showing the option to "transfer to datapad". Since i have been Ace all i get is option 4) analyze and not the 5th option which should be transfer to datapad.

1. 500cr for Tier10 parts.
2. Engine Overload 4 turns off all your parts if you don't have enough power. Landing and relaunching does not clear your settings.
3. Some bomber NPC's only slow down during battle, until they are crawling in a straight line.
4. Armor decay.
5. No cool 70's paint jobs for Imperial craft.
6. Sometimes the cockpit shows, while other times it doesn't. This setting seems to randomly toggle.
7. Disruptors are blinding to TIE fighter pilots when in first person mode and able to see the cockpit frame.
8. More space gear and fun space drops.

1) As a Neutral Pilot, I want my NECK BACK! (please fix the master helm and give us our necks back. it cant be that hard.)
2) As a Neutral Pilot Make our jacket less ugly. Ok that fay blue gray needs to go. First it doesn't match anything else. Pick a non blue, gray color if you must. Or even Black or dark gray.
3) Make auto pilot work when you get out of a pilot seat. Heck pilots in planes today can set a plane on auto pilot and move about and the plane doesn't fall from the sky when they do. This way if we were say in a YT 1300 and under attack, we could turn on the auto pilot and run up to the gun as the ship continues to it's destination or gets disabled trying. (BTW I am against putting a pilot controlled gun on the YT 1300... Though it would be amusing on the Krayt)
4) Content for Non PVPers. I LOATH pvp and not because of the decay, but because of the attitude of 80% of the PVPers.
I don't enjoy trash talk, I don't enjoy rude PVPers who sploit or whatever... and it's rare to find a noble battle where sides can battle and lose with grace. So give us Non PVPers something fun.

5) Make Pirate trap Useful. As a Master pilot, I called a PT in on a tier 1 ship... a single ship... they flew in attacked and did almost no damage whatsoever. Make the damage output = to Imp Bomber 2 and give a few seconds grace before they attack the summoner, or remove the delay so that another trick can be used quickly after. Like PT2 then being able to use the emergency energy boost.
6) Make the Neut Emergency Engine Boost stack with overload. It is OK if it doesn't have the full effect, but it should do a little bit more even if Engine overload is running. Maybe make the effect stack at 50% with level 3 engine overload 25% with level 4 ect. Otherwise this is a useless skill since all you need is engine override which is easy enough to get.
If that is the case, see #7)
If that is the case, see #7)
7) Replace Emergency engine boost with Emergency Jump. Emergency Jump could do one of a few things depending on which would best fit the game.
a) It would reduce the jump program time by 50% at master level. When active, any Jump launched in the next 60 seconds would have it's calculation reduced by 50%. Maybe adding a chance to to Warp to the wrong location... the point is a quick evack.
b) Make a random Jump with 50% of normal calc time. Maybe this warps you in the same sector, or maybe randomly to any point.
c) Makes a random short jump in same sector... perhaps 1k away at tier 1 - 2k at tier 2 - 3 k at tier 3 - 4 k at tier 4 - 5 k at master. Direction possibly in the direction the ship was facing when activated?

8) Increase mass on the Krayt by 10k (but not more than that) Being that this is the only 2 person ship in the Neutral lineup, it needs to have it's normal arsenal loaded and a decent extra cannon for a gunner. Perhaps you could add a special part for the krayt called a gun turret. This item would only fit the krayt turret slot, and could take a weapon with a mass of 10k or less. This would prevent folks form just over gunning the main 3 weapons, and still allow us who would like a gunner, but find the firepower to compromised to put a gun into that slot.
9) here is my Idea for Master Pilot customization of jackets and ships
Since each pilot type has different factions (example Hutts, Corsec ect.) Each Jacket should have a different Badge.
Perhaps since the Hutts are Pirates and Mercs, they might sport a skull. Their ships may also be able to sport a skull.

a) Jackets would be customized by the following.
1) You would have to have the original Pilot jacket.
2) You would need to complete a fun master level quest. The reward would be your devision Badge.
3) you would then take both items to a tailor who would add a few other parts and combine them producing your new master Jacket. Also the jacket would be upgraded in durability from 100/100 to 10000/10000 (why once in a lifetime items are only given 100/100 is beyond me, just keeps folks from wearing em... and it's not like they have sockets or special abilities) Perhaps the upgrade would socket them?

Jacket design would remain the same, but would change color and badge would be shown, so say a Hutt Jacket would turn Black or Dark gray (but no more blue/gray) and have a skull on the back. Corsec Jacket would change to Corsec colors and sport a corsec badge ect.
Rebels and Imps would have their own devision Jackets. So you could tell by the Jacket which devision they mastered.
(Neutral helm could be taken to an armorsmith and have a neck added)
b) A quest would be available for devision specific paint kits. These items would not be traceable and could only be applied by a master of the correct devision. Redeeding would remove the division.

A few thoughts on the MPS:
1. Give the pilot access to a gun, move control of the missles to the co-pilot so he/she has something more to do, allow the person running around inside to reload the missle racks (mps ships can't be rearmed by calling in a repair and resupply ship so give us this comprimise) while he/she/they repair. And part of the reason for this is I may be going after a primary target slowly but surely so I need a weapon, my co-pilot needs something to do inbetween several seconds of doing nothing, and my gunners are busy keeping everything else from taking pot shots at me. The top and bottom gunning possitions are first for defense then offense.
2.make secondary shields available for installation and possibly a second reactor and engine, and possibly capasitor. The shields are a biggy as the mps is just way too week as they are. I can go up against a NPC decimator and it takes me a long time to get thier shields down and past the armor with both gunners going at it but, just one gun from the desimator can annilate my shields and armor in 8-10 shots and I have 2.4k shields and 1.5k armor plating. I should be able to hold my own against a decimator as it's supposed to be my equal but as it is, not even close.
3. Increase the storage capasity of the ship to 150 minimum. As it is my Nova can only hold 75 items and that counts what is in the loot container. That wont allow me to hardly decorate the thing let alone allow me to transport much. It's a cargo ship for crying in a bucket. Possibly add a cargo hold that can be loaded/unloaded from Starship terminal for transport/smuggling items and with that have some NPC Imp's(gunboat perhaps) come and scan your ship for smuggled good and if found attempt to disable your ship (which you can either shut down and willingly be boarded or fight them off). This kind of thing would help tie in the ground with space a bit better. Not to mention delivery of goods for merchants from place of manf to selling vendor. (or if you really want to make it interesting make the player made BLL usefull by including a command to empty the contents into ship's cargo hold or retrieve the items while near the starport, at 10 items it may take a few trips but at least it will be usefull for something, and don't allow other droids to do this tasks just as you can only use a astromech for piloting)
4. Make the ships boardable by other players and by npc's as in the above situtation to fight them off just as you would on the corvette mission or ground based combat or just to swap players.
5. Increase number of ships in the datapad to 5. It's a royal pain to take down ships and reassemble them. I use different ships for different circumstances. There is no one all around best ship to have and that's great! love it. However because of the limitation I no longer use the A-wing which I like or have the yacht which can be fun too simply because I don't want to deal with the hassle of redeed reassemble all the time.
6. Missions for leveling the pilot profession should not require a group setting to complete. Maybe make the mission shorter for group and longer for solo. I've spent an entire day (8 hrs) on several occations trying to find pilots to do these missions only to come up empty handed when it came time time to do the mission. I hate that with a passion! I want to fly missions not spend hours on end spaming starports, doing searches, and sending tells to be told that other players are too busy doing other things, about to log, or simply don't respond. I know this is a multiplayer game and I enjoy the interaction with othe players and grouping can be a blast when it can be done. However the trainers need to offer a second thread of missions that can be done solo for when you can't find players willing to help.
my 2 cents anyway.

How about a instance based PvP. Sort of like MechWarrior4. You can go to the space terminal and choose to join a game and have instant PvP.
I think that will make JTL more fun.

Is there any chance you could expand the 'PvP issue' a bit to include the inability for any non-Master Pilots to go to a PvP zone, the inability for Master Privateer Pilots to declare as their own Privateer faction in a PvP zone as they could before (in Kessel) and the bug that happens when they declare as their ground faction in Deep Space?
Seems to me that all of this is (including a very slight rebalance of the PvP damage system to make fights last a bit longer but, at the same time, to discourage JTL turning into the ground game with half-an-hour-lasting duels) a part of the same issue really - making people more interested in space-based PvP which is really very fun. Perhaps Kessel could be restored to a PvP zone with random entrance points and no decay like Deep Space, so there is no more so-called griefing in this zone, and people can just enjoy the PvP challenge without any permanent damage to their equipment or their character.

with the MP ships how about a reactor/sheld generator foreach gunposition?
if the game engine could take that now that would be cool to target a gun pod and take that guy out and leave a week section on the ship for you to aim at?
if the pvp action could be similer to the teir 3 situashion i think that would be about right and give a fair fight

remove
the
lightnings!
there's WAAAAAAAY too much of it and most of the time its where all the npcs ships are to fight.. theres no reason for my fast computer to have to suffer so intensely from this! I can't imagine the horror the people with slower computers are suffering from..
and the nebulaes too.. why does looking at nebulaes cause your framerate to drop by a whole 10-15 points? yes my intensity meter is turned all the way down, and no I'm not gonna disable FSAA 2xQ, Ansio x8, and DirectX Image Quality setting.. this game plays just fine except when turning to face a nebulae or worse, going into one.. make the nebulae density slider turn OFF the nebulae when turned all the way down, like foliages and grass can be on the ground.
I find that 90% of the time when the "drunken bee" desynch bug kicks in, its because a sudden lightning flashed in my screen or because I turned to face a nebulae.. let us turn it off!

PLEASE, _Smoke_, PLEASE expand that to make a role for Heavy fighters and MP ships.
And I don't know if you have this figured in with the Plasma Leak issue but MP ships should really be doling out more damage than A Wings. They should be something to be feared, a minimum crew of 4 pilots should make the ship as potent as 4 individual pilots.

I know its been said, but I want to emphasize how much of a hassle it is for me as a privateer, non-master to actually get to participate in space pvp - either faction aligned or neutral. I don't mind going overt on the ground, but it'd be nice to be able to just declare 'overt' neutral in space and be able to add the element of a 3-way space battle. Doesn't SOE encourage us to try and contribute player made content? I think this would go a long way towards enlarging the scope of what players can, and want, to do in space.
