Tragili: Yes, you can go Imp and get the Actis. I took about 2 hours, and both Imp/Reb factions, and completed both quests. Unfortunately, my ARC is bugged. The guns don't match up to the wings (one hangs out in space, the other is halfway under the opposite wing) and my Actis won't shoot at all (check the "No $#!t, there I was...."thread on that problem).
