FIRE A LOT AND ADJUST YOUR POSITION UNTIL YOU DEAL DAMAGE.thats how i made it to imp 4433 in 12 hrs.Check out this benchmark at Intel: http://www.intel.com/products/benchmarks/notebook/
It clearly shows how a 1.7 GHz centrino is faster than a 2.6 GHz pentium 4... besides, this is not a debate on CPUs, I was merely stating that my laptop easily meets the recommended hardware requirements, nothing more. I won't respond to further CPU debate claims, this is beside the point of this thread.
And why can't I bullseye in JTL if I have the skill to actually hit the ship on the first try? I agree you cannot do it *now*, but we should be able to. If my shot misses, then so be it, but if I anticipate my target's movement and aimed right and I hit the ship, then I should deal damage... how many times do I have to repeat this?
As for wanting attention, my discussion involves talking about a common problem many have, nothing more. Then you show up, contradict what others say without offering an constructive feedback, and then boast you got to pilot 4433 in 12 hours... congratulations. I give you credit and validation. Now let us continue this adult discussion that seems to affect so many of us.
FYI there is no such thing as a 1.7Ghz centrino CPU.Its called 1.7 Ghz pentium m.Centrino is just a label Intel slaps on machines that fulfill certain demands.Sory to hijack your thread ActiveNick.I have not had this bug happen to me, but i still hope they fix itFisla
'Centrino' is actually the chipset on the motherboard which includes certain features(most notably the built-in wifi). =D

Hell yah!
I don't know what the hell they did in Beta, as this wasn't a problem when I stopped playing in Beta. But now that it's in retial, they totally borked it all to hell targeting wise. This is the worse system of any flight sim when the lead-target icon is SO far off! This is totally rediculous and it really detracts from the fun of the game.
This was there in beta, and yes we did complain about it greatly, but SOE choice to stick to their arbitary ship date instead of giving JTL the time needed to iron out the major bugs.
