Seriously, for non-Jedi, condition is irrelevant.

I fought, I died. I cloned.
Ran back out, declared, tried to fight. Helmet wasnow Armor. I died.
From now on, I ADK them all.

Yarr, but the game might consider it recon armour or something, and I cannot wear any sort of armour lol.

alright herd a few things, first mine is at 80/100

first if i adk it now will it go back to clothing? cause its considered armor now

second should i adk it and try using a repair tool on it?

thrid should i let it decay some more then adk it?

Got mine off 2nd kill (probably like my 8th Black Sun mission) while talking on the phone to a friend.

It was off a tier4 Black Sun Rikfyahaks (however u spell it) bomber.

Black Sun Ace Fighter Helemt Stats

Drop rate: 1/500

Estimated value: Depends on server, but most go for higher then 10 million credits, even more if you are among the few who sell one. I've seen one via Vendor Search for 35 million.

Best places to get it: Where ever you see Tier 4 and 5 Black Sun ships

Why it is a big deal: Extremely rare, very valueable, something to look forward to after making Ace pilot, and most importantly.....Bragging rights.

You can't get the Black Sun Ace Fighter Helmet by being a Jedi on the ground, oh no. You gotta be an Ace in space.

Not really its just monotony really, no real skills needed if you have average components.

On another note i ran about 5-6 duties (from RSF lady in the palace) and after the 6th i got bored and killed the biggest thing i could find (Dark Eclipse in dath) and it droped a helm so yeah took me about 3 days @ 3 or so hours a day in space.

I got one on my first duty and a second on my 3rd duty. Kinda funny because I try camping NS( on the ground ) and havent got a darn thing in a year. /shrug

I wear one and one is on my vendor for 30 mill. Definately overpriced....but anyone with a toon on Lowca can see it in game.

three months of duties from the RSF trainer and over 3k dead Black Sun... no helmet. All but completely given up now. I am just going to get some more pilot badges and maybe take up the search again.
