Read the rest of the thread please, flying Grievous' ship is not adequate balancing. The fact still remains that Greivous ship and the JSF (as well as the new heavy light fighters)are completely imbalanced in terms of YPR, speed,and mass when contrasted with the original shipset, making anything pre-RotW worthless.

Rebels can use the Grievous ship which has the same stats as the JSF, so please stop complaining.

With the small difference that you need a lot more to get the griveous ship than the actis. The actis you can get with a CL 1 character in 1 to 2 hours if you have a friend helping you.
