Thread: RotW Bug Avoidance and Workarounds
Other than that, the "you can't fly the arc 170 because you didn't do the quest" except you DID do the quest one is annoying, too. Coincidentally, going back to the queen does not fix the quest. If you get that message, you're screwed.

The Vaksai quest seems fixed. I was in the loop, but went to Emya again today and now it all works!
The Heavy X-wing quest is still borked. Just tried talking to Eyma againand had to slap him a few times. Sure would make me fell a little better if he was attackable.
I think this one will be on the notes when it is fixxed.

We are in the process of testing a fix for this internally.

Seeing that there's a couple unpleasant bugs that haven't been able to be dealt with yet, I thought it'd be wise to get a sticky up concerning avoidable problems and any workarounds in the hopes that more pilots will be able to prevent these bugs from happening to them. In light of that,
- Don't tell Eyma the Ghrag mercenaries are weak. At some point in the Vaksai/Heavy X-Wing/Imperial Guard Interceptor quests, Eyma (the CPG guy down on Kachirho) will ask you whether the Ghrag mercenaries are strong or weak. If you say they're strong, you'll be directed to the next mission and everything will be roses and other such agreeable things. If you say they're weak, however, this seems to put pilots into a loop where they're directed between Eyma and Kashyyyk space station but never given the next mission in the series, preventing them from getting their new ships. So until this one's fixed, be sure to let Eyma know those Ghrag are a force to be reckoned with, even if you vaped them in two and a half seconds.
The Crimson TIE Mission nets the Rebel Heavy X-Wing badge (mentioned at Fan Fest) - any fix for future pilots and current loyal Imperials who have an unsightly Rebel X-Wing badge in their profile?

Finally... might be able to do this quest at long last eh?

My CorSec Ace got the Heavy X-Wing badge and a Crimson TIE deed in his inventory, neither of which is terribly useful, haven't been able to get any help for it either
If you are a Rebel Pilot and did Naboo's Queen quest to get the ARC 170:
- DO NOT drop pilot until you have generated the ship,
- If you are planning on droping pilot, DO NOT redeed the sip
If you do any of these things you won't be able to generate it again when Pilot 4333.

So am I the only one that didn't get her quest bugged because she said the ships were "strong" in an effort to boost her pay? ![]()
On a more serious note, I dropped Rebel Pilot for Privateer, redid Privateer and noticed when talking to the station that they didn't seem to remember me from back when I was flying for the rebels.
Well no problem right? I'll just redo the quests and this way I'll be able to get the Vaksai as well. Well actually big problem, the first mission(s) went fine, but the INSTANT I was sent to the surface I got into the bugged loop.
Note I did not answer 'weak' or anything. First time I talked to Eyma I was sent straight back up to the station.
I guess its not a big deal, I did get the Heavy X out of the deal (though I can't use it of course) but I wouldn't mind doing some of the quests that require completion of the station quests.
Thought I'd mention it since I didn't see this variation of the bug in this thread.
