I've seen them hit 70.3 pre-RE.
Guess how common those are.
67.0 is pretty great. I've only looted a handful with better, with the absolute best hitting 68.7 (on roll, yay). It really depends on how long you want to spend hunting: I'd say a post-RE PYR around 70 would qualify as a damned good engine, but if you're willing to wait on it for weeks and more likely months, you could get up in the 72-73 range.

Looted mine. But the new ones really aren't that bad. You can RE them up and get some very nice stats

I kicked myself, when after looking on the vendor listings for L6 engines, found a POS REed L6 with a yaw rating of 71.9, that had obviously not even been REed with the POST-NERF L6.
I had to log out after that.

I don't have a pre-nerf engine, and forgot about my post-nerf when I RE'ed my last Lv6 engine. Post RE stats were 78 SPD and 71-73 YPR with 9k mass. I figure I went through about 50-70 engines to find those. Kicked myself tho when I realised I could have put in my reward engine.
