Ah! I see you finished another badge, Ducimus. Time for Storm Squadron?
How you do these so fast is beyond me. My hand is cramping up and I'm practically falling asleep in my chair at the moment. I've been at this for many, many hours now. I did all of Tier 2 and 3 today, and I just finished my first box in Tier 4. My whole body hurts from not leaving my chair for so long. But I want to keep grinding...
Yup, currently 3/2/2/2 storm.
The length of the missions has already impressed me. I do it so fast cause i have a 3X master pilot bonus. Also if you redo a squadron within the same faction and fit out say.. a heavy starter ship wlth a Lvl 8, 9 or 10 gun.. well, grinding the first two tiers involves nothing more than going to kessel to kill a gunboat real quick. Did that for vortex but that was rebel, so i can't do that this time around since storm is imp. Doesnt bother me though, doesnt take long either way.

Pilot forums have the best FAQs on any prof board. Try other prof boards to see what I mean. I have yet to have a question NOT answered by the stickies on this board.
What do you think a coro is capable of anyways? You think the devs rely on them for community info? You think they even hold alot of wieght to what a coro says? Visit the smuggler, or commando forums to see how inneffective coros are. Not knocking those 2 coros, just saying those 2 profs have gameplay 'issues', and all the forum noise don't mean jack to the devs. sure, there lip service from time to time, but nothing cause and effect related. You think the arch coro screaemed and demanded a candle fix or something? /boggle....
The biggest problem to finding answers in this forum are all the posts by new people (the ones that don't read the faqs and ask q's that have been answered many times) and the inconsistancy of the search function.
Keep up the good work Tomo.

Tomo rocks.
And Tomo rolls.
Tomo does an awesome job.
So he's working against the grain, just like pretty much every other Corr.
So, in the same vain that kept me from getting the position the FIRST time around - cram it. It's not a Corr's job to wave a magic wand and make YOUR dreams come true - he's working with an intransigent Dev team that more often than not disciplines Correspondents for pushing a point too much rather than laud them for doing their jobs.
Read up on what it's like to be a Corr before you make an idiotic observation that he's not doing jack for the profession.
First off, who are you?
Second, Who would you rather do it? You? If so you're not off to a good start with this blatent attempt to divide a profession/community which, I must say, has one of the most helpful forums I've been on in this game.
/salute Tomo
Okay Tomo aside, something still needs to be done with this profession, theres no way you people can go up in space and not see this.....
....the main reason i got JTL was because i am a good pilot on flight sims and i wanted to pvp......I hope you guys have seen pvp in space??? What JTL has to offer is the exact opposite of what i wanted and was expecting, and honestly i dont even think that it was intended to be this way. theres no way i should be able to kill a master pilot in 2 shots....one for shields down, and one to blow them to bits....and vice versa, i shouldnt die in 2 lucky shots specially when im a lot better than the game lets me be....Hands down, everything about pilot and space needs to be overhauled bad....
...Now whether this is a CSR problem, a DEV problem, who cares....we need to all pull together and try and get something done, not flame our fellow players and become forum Trolls, cmon peeps, be mature...

JTL isn't a flight sim. It's a time waster with flight characteristics.
But thanks for letting us know that the main concern why this thread was started in the first place was probably because someone (or some people) got smoked in space farming FP, and somehow that's grounds for Tomo's removal.
Lemme guess...one of the first "steps" towards a better pilot profession is the ability to farm FP without having to worry about getting your ass shot off? You declare, you take your chances...it's that simple. If PvP were more than a one-shot affair it'd last as long as a duel between two Healer/Defender Jedi.
...so again, HOW is JTL different? Maybe all the ships should be made out of NERF material, and every time you get shot, you get a "wonk wonk" noise out of a corny cartoon and get shipped off to the nearest planetary starbase with no decay and 1 million extra xp for being "such a good sport!"
Once again, PLEASE EXPLAIN to me how this is any of Tomo's fault.
