I've looted 4 and I consider myself unusually lucky. The only one I sold was to a guy who had been spamming for weeks with no luck and had kept raising his offer. 1 perfect BS Ace Helm, price: 45million.

Like I said, the guy was desperate. I'd never dare ask for that much, I'd pray to find someone like my buyer, or hope my auction became a bidding war.

I know this has probably been asked many times, but does anyone know the drop rate of Black Sun Ace helms? All the posts I've found from searching just have very vague descriptions like "very low", could any one gimme some more info plz?

How about unbelievably low?
I killed BSs for months, doing a mission or two almost daily, before mine dropped. So, really sucky rare.
On the other hand, some people score them on their first duty. I'd say buckle in for the long haul and hope for the best.

I jump between the Red Sin spawn, and the Dant Wrath spawn.. have been for a couple months. Not-s-thing yet. =/
Im aRed Pheonix Ace, if I knew where & who to get Blk Sun missions from, I would... any clues?

I've bugged Tomo a lot about updating the FAQ to give this basic info on spawns, missions, and access. It's something that comes up almost EVERY day, and should be there. Having the FAQ say it's rare, good luck, doesnt cut it, it's probably the only really bad answer in there. Not to diss Monsofo, but the FAQ needs a few FACTS in that section.

Anyone got a WP for the Dant Wrath spawn? I hypered there andflew around for a while but didn't spot any.
