Thread: Best PvP Pilots on your server?
I wish I could actually find some Reb's in DS on Ahazi..
Personally I think JTL has faded a lot on my server. For a time I was really into it and tried to organize events and such but coordinating pilots and getting players to be interested and actually able to show up... well.. needless to say, DS is populated by NPC's and the random Rebel Newb flying a JSF load killing Imps.
I don't really care about the balance arguements anymore, with or without the ROTW ships Ahazi's pilot community has been pretty quiet and I wish it wasn't.
So now space is just a way to get to Kassyyk or go hunting for faction pts in DS. The Dev's deployed it, then forgot it exists. The coorespondent was excited and did a great job but what is there to even discuss now? There haven't been any fixes to the obviously broken droid programs, I still can't move furniture up in my Y8 (which still sucks for mining btw...) and the Dev's barely acknowledge the fact that we even have ships now.
Who's the best pilots on my server? Well,I don't even know anymore because when I go to DS there's never anyone there and I go often. Without being too egotistical I put myself in the Top 5 since I haven't been shot down in ages... maybe cause there's no one to shoot at me?
The best Pilot on Ahazi.. which ever ones actually fly and don't act like a bunch of load killin newbs, thats who the best pilots are. Here's to hoping the Dev's remember that they deployed JTL and it needs some dang attention.

But no, i certianly don't deserve to be on any top pilot lists in PvP, nor do i really want to. I mean, its flattering and all, but i really dont like having a reputation that precedes me. On top of that i havent PvPed in weeks.
I wasn't half bad on bria, and i even had some people going, "ive heard of you!". Was i in the top percentage? Yeah probably, but its the reputation i like to avoid. Generally speaking reputation brings high expectations, and sometimes you just can't recreate the myth people weave, and then you're bout to hear smack talk - something else i like to avoid.

I have one goal in mind when i get into a fight - survival, and as long as im genuinly scared about being bested, i fly that much harder. WHen i think im good, i get cocky, i make mistakes, and i get complacent. Complacency kills and its something i wont allow myself. (infact, as i recall, this was a lesson leaph learned in our last match

Although not that active lately Derker was one early Imperial ace in the server. Also Dassh is definietly missing from the rebel side like Cody. Many others too, but as there is no organised list here it is hard to pick who

I actually left you out period Duc. I wasn't going to mention you because yousaid what you said to me and youmoved to Valcyn and I moved to Starsider. I don't like self congratulatory comments so that struck me off the list and as it is now..you're not on Bria. I hold you in very high esteem though..in fact, the highest esteem as an alll round pilot, not just for pvp. Hell, my attitude about the game and how to fly was revolutionised by you because you gave me an ear full after I took having my x-wing wasted in DS all those months ago very badly . You turned me into the 'diplomat' I am today 
Anyway, yeh in our last match you taught me all about getting complacent. Since then, I've had people try and lead me off ina fight but I've been a lot more careful and havnt been caught out by it again. You may be amused to know though that I've actually tried the very same trick against new'ish pilots and caught them out with it too .
Bria is an odd server. It probably has the most pilots in the game to be honest..even more than Starsider, but when it comes to pilots who fly overt/pvp and know what they're doing, Starsider has way, way more.
Oh and Halyn? Three vrepairs.. , yup that was about ten minutes then. Crikey...longest ten minutes I've ever known.

Although, if i was to rank pilots on bria while we were still there, id probably rank it as:

In that order, no offense, despite the sploits he ran, i dont think ostat needed them. But your right, bria is a wierd animal. If you like vaping lots of rookies its not a bad place if you can deal with their bad 'tudes. Frankly though after awhile it got boring, and later, down right irritating. My ignore list grew daily.

All I can say is, Rapax get your pansy ass on SS double time /poke . Hey! With Coran coming over too thats another Vet coming to SS. I hope others jump on the bandwagon too .
LOL im gonna give valcyn its fair shake before i pull up tent stakes again. Theres good people there, and their trying to get a good community going so i dont want to sell em short. So im gonna wait for another month or so and see then. In the meantime im gonnna try and piece together an L10 engine for my vaskai and go from RSF to SA. Im serious about being a merc, ill be swapping factions like people change clothes. I think it will be fun.

Well, sounds like the voted best have one thing in common (less Shazbat, lol) We don't know when we are good, or don't want to admit it. Had Shaz give me a quick trip out of DS a few times, but also gave him a hard time a few....That red tie is that only ship I fear in DS, when its shaz flying that is. Shaz and Aholke are good as a team. But they sure know how to train some pilots up there, and I've learned alot from battles with them

to true most ive seen is 3 rebels, one just got the stardestroyer, very much a cheap kill, 1 had just started moving after loading, i was in the area, better than give him a chance, the 3rd i crippled then he pleaded for his life, so i foolishly left him, a little later 1 of the missile lock warnings was his space bomb, and he conveniently seems to avoid DS these days, i wonder why, but yeh space on infin sucks, i can farm in ds worry free, shame really, itd be nice to be killed in what is a pvp zone

Everything but Jedi have faded on that server which is why I rarely play there. I'm working on an A-wing there because that's my oldest characters server but don't expect to see me any time soon since good parts don't exist on that server.
