Maybe it's intended, after all, how is one supposed to take the inventory out of a freighters hold and stick it in a fighter?

Y wing is 140000 (what Kg? thats 140 TONS). It has room for a crew of two and I am alone in it. I think I should be able to fit "some computer hardware"...? hehe

if you do need a "cargo" or multi person ship it should tell you. not just say it is doing it, and then not......... this is a definatly a question that needs to be answered

Dang no responses yet? I've inspected several freightors and tried to blast the ones with "Military Cargo" in hopes of looting said cargo. Didn't know folks were able to /dock and "transfer" cargo over.
I hope this is an option, i'll quickly become a space pirate. lol.

I came to the forums today looking for an answer to this as well.
What's the deal?
I hope this is supposed to give you loot, because I'm going to
go dig out my eye patch.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that this was a bug, and was being worked on. Don't quote me on that. It seems likely though.

Too late, you've just been quoted.

Nothing on this yet, eh?
What's the best way to get a Dev response?
I know, we can make it easy for someone to formulate an answer.
Here goes...
Dear appropriate Dev,
Please answer this question with the number 1,2,or 3, corresponding to the
possible answers listed after the question:
At this time, should wandering freighters provide us with some sort of loot
when disabled and docked with, and is the feature working as planned?
Answers:
1. Yes, but the feature is not working correctly at the moment.
2. No, but it is something to be enabled in the future.
3. No, and you shouldn't be given a message that anything was found. This
is a bug.
Thank you for your time.
