On Corbantis, I have two houses within 300 meters of the Emperor's Retreat...

I will probably live on Naboo, just like on Corbantis... but I will fly with you Rapax.

I'd pick talus over naboo for purely for logistical reasons.

1.) Proxmity to Recruiter, bank, cloner, bazar, starship terminal -all around 300 meters away.
2.) Can use the travel button to get there, where as the imp retreat you have to launch into space every time you want to go home.

The Imp outpost isn't bad. It can be a maze to get in and out of riding fast on a bike though There is also the Imp outpost on Dant. You'll also find SHC near the Imp outpost on Talus. They're an Imp guild and sometimes have folks flying in the weekly PvP events. Unfortunately, I don't know anything more about them since I am relatively new to the server. But, they do have a decent mall for goods.

Rapax... I havea friend that is looking to start an Imp pilot guild but she is relatively new to pilot and hasn't got into PvP yet. She is primarily a roleplayer but realizes that she is going to need the exposure of the PvP scene to get a squadron started. I will have her contact you and maybe you can help her more I can with this.

I'm from SS and also play on Bria and I find more and better shipwrights on SS by far. I think Imperials have more players/pilots but from my experience I see few to no pilots in deep space so it might feel kinda empty. Being Imperial I suggest hitting hyper of you ever see someone named Deseri in deep space but she rarely plays or flies anymore. Finding rebels on the ground these days is almost a chore but I've been doing the Jedi/BH thing so long I never get involved un PVP

The problem with Dant is dant station does not do 100% repairs. So you have to travel to another planet whos station does do full repairs, so you can run your overloads, and i find that just a PITA. I like efficiency.

Great more fuel to the fire. I have been contemplating starting a guild for transferees, alts from other servers or what not with an open door policy. I execpt high turnover.

And Rapax is lost to the Alliance...

On a side note, if you do the Dantooine repairs mission as a Rebel, that status will "stick" when you're an Imperial, unlike the Dathomir station which forgets when you change squadrons.

Hmm i think i should reiterate that i havent said im GOing to positively do anything yet. Im just exploring options and seeing whats feasible.

TImezones, and which timezones people play in is critical. Without people who play the same time as you do, any upstart guild has the odds against it.

Right now im debating to myself, just how burnt out on flying i really am. Truthfully, im wondering if ill get more enjoyment out of managing, coordinating a pilot organization more then acutal piloting - because im equally bored with all three piloting professions. But i know from first hand experience, that coordinating/managing can be a headache.

That said, Seeing high speed low drag super charged go to war type flying group has always been a fancy of mine. But timezones are killers, and player created content is a must. Post Ace content.. well, its all in my sig. lol.

Well Rapax, I will be playing CST- and based on the post (630pm EST start time on Saturdays), I shouldnt have a problem making the weekly space battle.

As for RP/Gameplay... Rapax, lets get you a nice Decimator and a crew... call it a flagship, make you a squadron commander and build an Imperial Space Squadron... to battle the Rebels.

I am sure Leaph and co. would enjoy a strong imperial presence on the server.

The real problem is me.

I have odd playing hours.

Usuually like 8 to 10 AM PST, and 10 to 12 PM PST (a couple hours before and after work basically)

On weekends im rarely on at all except maybe the mornings, as "her majesty" tends to make my weekend plans for me, and im usually the last to know.
