Maybe... you should get some help man.

Knew you'd comment on that and...yes I do for your information.
I don't need no shrink either..../twich.

Uh, Leaph, you are schedule for a, er, standard pilot physical and mental examination. Please report to Sabre HQ at 19000 hours for your appointment.

Dont tease me like that! Cause ive always wanted to do a few things with a POB (maybe cause ive always been a submarine sim fan) Come publish 24 im going to be putting alot of time into making POB parts, what for i dunno, ive always fully fitted my POBs, but never use them

Ooh coolness. I'm going to set up a Nova post publish 24. Could you make me some spiffy gear please? I'm actually thiking of delving into some broader territory in the near future.

Well Rapax, we will have to change that wont we? Time to get back in there - the war is yet to be won! Get a nice Decimator with elite parts... train a crew and get at it! The Rebels will be doing the same thing - getting their assault ships ready for battle, which do not compare to the power of an Imperial Decimator! Hell, one day you may command an Imperial Star Destroyer - rumor is the YT49 skippers are looked at first...

Well Rajha/Spacey if i go imp, i think its going to depend on how my conversation with the imp pilot coordinator goes to see if theres anything i can do to help, or if they need my help at all.

Assuming that goes well, i will probably see about trying to start a guild for new transfers or people creating imp pilot alts. THe idea is to get them all under one roof so communication is easier. Much easier to send a email to "guild" then a large friends list. Of course i have no grand dellusions here, as most people will want to go to an established guild like BSA or BSIV or something like that.

But the plan is there, i have a spot staked out 300 meters from the starship terminal at talus imp outpost upon which ive placed a guildhall. If things are go they will be go sometime in a time frame unspecified after publish 24 after ive mined my ass off since no imp ship has 3 gun slots. If things are no go, then i will take that guild hall, and put it where my house currently is on rori, and stay where im at.

Right now im in wait and see mode, and a little probbing here or there to see what im dealing with. Deep down when sometings not right, i just can't ignore it and not feel guilty about not having done anything about it. Its just how i am. Otherwise, id never raise so much fuss and be perfectly content where i am now.

I'd be interested in helping you out Duc. I'm remember just how hard it was to start out in this game. Having nothing on my Starsider character has taught me a valuable lesson of NOT buying whatever you see. lol Oh the joys of being able to get money when you want it on my main character. and having spare parts laying around in a house

Imperial Broadcast...

Begin Transmission:

The Rebel Craft, Blackjack MK XII, has been spotted by Imperial Recon Satellites. All Imperial Squadrons recieving this transmission are instructed to intercept this craft. Use extreme caution, the pilot has quite a reputation.

Our Intelligence division has provided the following image of the craft ISB Image of the Blackjack MK XII

Leaph - had it not been for this image, I bet many of the Imps on SS would have never known how cool your A-Wing actually looks!

How is it you guys (leaph & halyn) encourage all the newcomers to go imp but me?! (Well you did kinda i guess - but i dont think you tried very hard )

While i havent committed myself, i am exploring my options and am hatching up a master plan. The details of which im investigating for plausiblity.

EDIT:
That said as i told halyn, im cooling my jets for the time being, started playing Silent Hunter 3 this morning, kinda cool being a submarine captain - but in the mean time.... the egg is being incubated -weither it will hatch or not is another story.

You asked me for details--I gave you all the info you wanted, and you decided to go Rebel all on your own.

blah, see edit on prior.

Part of the reason i went rebel is because i didnt like the sound of what i heard - ive since resolved to see if i can help with that.

IF i cant do anything to help i simply wont worry about it. It depends on how much people are willing to work with each other, and how recpetive they are at an attempt at restructuring. If things are in the negative with that, i wont lose any sleep over it - and ill start pestering you alot more about events

Talus... ugh

Why not Naboo? hehe

Rapax, when I get to SS I will hook up with you and we will square things away. I am not worried at all...

Oh and as for your career... Captain I present you with the following:

Decimator VT49 Decimator Assault Craft (manufacturer unknown)
150k Resources ~5m mass [SP: 0 Guns MP:+2] 3 missiles ******YES! 3 MISSILES!!*****
[Spdx ?? Acc 5 Dec 5 Pitch 50 Yaw 50 Roll 37.5]

The VT49 Decimator is most correctly classified as an Assault ship. It is heavily armed and armored, and built to carry light to medium loads into dangerous places. Its form follows its function, and its shape offers a relatively small target with no large fins or wings as seen in some of the less combat-oriented craft of the Empire, such as the Lambda-class shuttle. Armor and deflector shielding is particularly heavy, and the weapons load-out is fearsome and includes turrets capable of engaging any target fast enough to out-maneuver the VT49.

As a ship built to out-fight anything it can outrun, and outrun anything it can't outfight, the Empire uses the Decimator as a multi-role craft and will outfit it to suit the current need. Decimators make simple supply runs to listening outposts in dangerous areas like asteroid belts, perform long-range reconnaissance, serve as temporary listening posts themselves, or act as picket ships at the perimeter of an Imperial fleet. They are also called upon to use their weaponry to carve a path through enemy defenses and insert shock troops and raiding parties, or destroy their targets outright. A more recent duty that has fallen into favor sees Decimators being used more and more as long-duration medium patrol vessels. Also, being easier to hide than a frigate or Star Destroyer, Decimators have been used to set up ambushes in areas believed frequented by Rebel shipping; their cargo space being used to store food for the crew and ammunition ranging from missiles to torpedoes to mines.

Command of a VT49 is a coveted position and point of pride among the middle ranks of the Imperial Navy. It is a lightly-crewed combat vessel for their Captains to command without a higher ranking officer standing behind them constantly. Also, earning a reputation as a skilled VT49 Captain is seen as a jumping-off point to service on the larger ships of the Imperial Navy. The line officers of the Imperial Navy generally look down on the rank and file troops not stationed on capitol ships, but that hasn't stopped the rumor from propagating.
