Throttle back to 80% speed and turn like crazy. Don't try to be faster, be more agile.

Pre-RotW, it was TIE/Advanced and TIE/Opressor. After RotW, I was lucky enough to get my RGT without bugging and absolutly loved it. I flew that until I picked up the JSF. That thing is still a dream to fly. I used it until we had a big space PvP event (Kettemoor's Kashyykian Blockade). After the battle I felt like crap having witnessed firsthand what it can do in the hands of a capable pilot, let alone an average one. I deeded it and stashed it somehwre. I couldn't even tell you where the deed is at right now, nor do I care. If they fixed the hit box on the RGT, I would fly it in PvP. It's a beautiful ship. I have gone back to my TIE/A though. It can beat JSFs, and anything else out there, with the exception af Janu's Image Rec II's. Right before our last big PvP battle my Lady RE'd my bolt driver and IPW, and I was able to squeeze them into it. Made a heck of a difference in offensive output, but I miss the two level 7 crafted units I had in it. They were green bolts with identical firing speeds.

I think my personal favorite is still the Rhix. There is something just awesome about the sight of a constatn stream of fire coming off the front of a ship like that. I think thats why I like the B-22 so much, it has the same low-slung, laid back look. The Rhix really just screams bad-ass.

Without a doubt, the A-wing.

It is sleek, sexy and an all round great ship to take home to your parents.
On starsider, a lvl 8 or good lvl 7 re'd gun I think is essential if you want to be competitive against everyone you meet since at times you're horribly out-numbered. For one weapon hard point I want the most damage I can get per shot with ultimate effectiveness and refire rate doesn't matter too much to me since I'm pretty accurate when I make my shots.

What I get with an A-wing that I don't get with any other ship, personally (apart from a TIE Advanced if I were Imperial) is...'I know what I'm doing with this ship. I've worked hard on it and have taken one hell of beating to get to the standard I am today and will continue to improve with what I have'

Now the ride may be a little rockier and yeh, when my ship gets tagged it is more or less lethal but that just adds to the fun in my oppinion and when finally I am finding I'm outdoing those in superior ships who have equal or even who I considered to have superior skill to me, I know that I am improving.

The 66k mass is a challenge but perfectly pheasable mass to be working with too.

I am partial to my Y-8.

Of course, for dogfighting it ain't so hot... For that, I like the Vaksai.

Im thinking real hard about making it my favorite ship to 'fly'.

The learning curve is going to be painful, but its something ive always wanted to do. Deep down i think its possible to be good in that ship, despite its size, but i also know its going to take alot of "quick visits" to dant station before i'll get "it" down pat.

Wait until you see Luucas, Li' and Cody with their X-wings in pvp. It's like serious wowness factor. I hear Coran (Modus) is good too but havn't had the privelage to see him fly yet. Thats amongst things likeseeing a Firespray terrify groups of Rebels in pvp too

for sheer firepower the x wing , with 3 weapons and a descent mass I have turned my x into a deadly viper, no room for armor mom just 3 lvl 8 weapons firing simultaneously, and its over for you. I use all lvl 4 parts for everything else.

for the big bad muhfufers I use the longprobe. It is great mass for armor and shields plus looks awesome with the right engines.

arc 170 for friends that want to play but are not so great of pilots. this beats out the over complexity of a multi-passenger battle.

grievance ship is my cat. you are my mouse. that ship is incredible manueverability andI would pit it against any other ship in a dogfight.
