there is no black sun faction.. it's just a loot drop that any pilot can get by killing the black sun.. the 3 neutrals are corsec wing, rsf and smugglers.. and we all also get a master jacket and helmet... the black sun helmet is just something nice that people want to get...

Barb where abouts was your mission at, what planet, any WP?

Hey gang,

I started working my Alliance Tier3 Duty missions a week or so back, and since then have spent nearly all my time in-game time trashing Tier 4 Black Sunners. Sad to say, I still have not looted a Black Sun helmet. Now, I'm wondering if I've answered my own question with the title to this thread but is the Black Sun helmet lootable from Tier 4 Black Sunners, or do I have to start hunting TIer 5 (Master) Black Sun vessels? And if so, where can I find them with some regularity?

Any help would be much appreciated.
