It's all about the Death Seeds...

Anyone who says older ships are "out of the timeline" needs to take a step back and think real long and hard about the last time they were out driving on the road. Did you only see new model cars from the past 3-4 years or did you see all sorts of makes and models out there, from the classics from the 50's (rare but still there) all the way through modern vehicles. Ships in star wars are not so sad that 20 years after there construction they are all gone never to be seen again. Those naboo N1's would still exist in some form, they could look exactly the same and have updated flight mechanisms to improve their performance to todays standards. ANY ship from the time periods PRIOR to current day in game is completely within continuity. When they start introducing ships that were not in production till the ROTJ or EU future timer period is when continuity has been ditched, not when you see people flying 10 20 30 year old ships.

"Jedi starfighter" The ones in game are classified as jedi starfighter v2's. The two versions are classified as Delta-7 (AOTC) and eta-2 (ROTS) Official source

I would love the original, that ship with its hyperspace ring was the best thing in AOTC next to jango and the slave 1.

Naboo Starfighter and the Delta-7 Aethersprite(Ep2 JSF) get my seconded nominations as well. Would have been nice if they had used these two ships and the ETA2 Actis and gave them all the same stats and gave one to each faction(Naboo to Freelance, Aethersprite to Rebel and Actic to Imperial) and had made the Arc-170 and Bellabub more unique ships in stats.

Okay, am I to understand that the "Chir`daki" the "Death Seed" and the "TIE-X" are all the same fighter type?

Anyway, I still think most independent ships should be availible to everyone.

I personally think it would be cool if we got the Naboo N1, Delta (ok, what ever its name is), and maybe Darth Mauls Tie in Tier 3. Make them like 70k mass or so, and give them 1 gun slot. I personally say the N1 should go to Neutrals (its about time they get an another "Classic" vessel other than the YT), the Delta to the rebs, and Mauls Tie to the Imperials.

I think Darth Mauls ship is a shuttle though not a fighter. Not that that means we can't have it. Just saying it seems like it would be a PoB craft.
