You know. Someone once said that the rest of the pilot community gets no support at all, and from a certain point of view its true. Its always, "come to starsider". Im gonna don my tinfoil hat and say some ppl got together and decided to put out an ad campaign to kill JTL and pvp on every server and try and corrall everyone into their home server. If that tinfoil hat consiparcy theory is true, i can't say i like that much.
yeah.... just keep your tinfoil hat on psyco.

Search the forums. GO waaaay back. Its always.
"come to starsider".
I nearly did spent 30 dollars and moved there myself. Seriously, i wonder how many people from other servers do end up moving there.
Starsider is a vampire i tell ya!

If the actual space PvE population on Tarquinas is any indication, space PvP doesn't exist. At most I'll see maybe 1 or 2 other people in ANY system, Tatooine, Kashyyyk, anything. Makes me wish I'd stuck with Starsider.

I am sure they do say that... I have probably said it myself. However, if those same people that want to change servers took the time to start it on thier on server every one would be saying "come to
(server x)". It is all about generating interest. Starsider has almost no ground PvP but someone mentioned earlier that their server has a lot of it. Nobody on starsider just take the time to get it going.
BTW: I know alot of you have tried to start it on your own server, but it takes time and it is a gradual thing.

If you want to try Starsider, by all means, come try it and see if you want to stay. Guys like Halyn organize pretty regular events.
That said, DS isn't exactly hopping. I've gone several hours in primetime in DS.. alone. But, the average is more like I see an Imp or two every 30 min or so up there on a weekday evening. I'm hoping that fixing the Rebel station will sucker more up.
