The Bel is a nice ship, but the JSF's weapon spread gets more hits in. In fact, I'd have to say the JSF's weapon pattern is the best of any ship; that tight line lands all four bolts almost every shot.

That being said, I don't use either of them anymore, or my Skyk-H; they're great ships, but they're not much fun to fly - they're TOO responsive, and it gets boring after a while. I'm really enjoying my Krayt now; it's fast, it packs a huge punch, and yet it's more of a challenge to kill things in it. Plus I can take guildies up and get them XP
