About droid programs, I'd advise starting in another sector, and running WCO first. The recycle time is shorter on that one, and if you time it right, you can run a second program and jump to hyperspace, then run a third right away.

Also, push a button to kill Bols DOES work in space ... at least, if they're in an airlock.

I would like to thank the people who did so much hard work to make the space expansion. It's provided me with hours of pleasure, and nowhere near the frustration I get in the ground game at times.

Now, if they would only give me a place in space to deposit all my loot and collect my next mission, I'd never come down again.

Newsflash, if you'd looked on the Pilot FAQ (yes, I know it's long and there aren't any pictures to compound the purdy colors), you'd have seen a little notation saying SS was considered to be not only the hardest IMPERIAL squadron, but hardest PERIOD.

It seems like some kind of forum rule that 95% of people can't read an FAQ.

In fact just today I was getting some right stick from someone who asked me a question about SEA's through /tells, and I directed them to the tailor FAQ.

Apparently FAQ's are either hidden in some far-off place and not the top of the page in big letters, or there's some kind of mystical forcefield stopping people clicking them :/

I'd actually prefer it if the missions ran closer to aggresive spawns, make it a little more challenging. Give me a mission that runs through the Droids Fighters over in Endor...that would really be a blast.

What disturbs me is that this is another post screaming to the devealopers that its to hard, to hard, make it EASY for me. Why do people want it to be easy? Don't they want to get better at it? Get up there, get flying, blow up, repair, and LEARN. Geeze

As for the FAQ, sure you can't make people read them, I suggest you get someoneto kill and eat those who don't anyway. It at least prevents repeat offenders.

Man, those droid fighters in Endor are the perfect spawn to learn about how to take out small ships. Ever since I started spending time there killing an A-Wing almost seems easy by comparison. I guess it also helps that I finally am able to RE the 300+ components I have had lying around forever. Anyways not to make this a totally useless threadjack here is the exact same message I read that finally helped me through the rest of Storm Squadron.

Remember this: Come late Tier 2 Missions and missions from that point on, you are either made or broken as a pilot. Looks like you've been broken.

I solo'd all of storm squadron in about 5 days (master bonus helped). there was nothing that I did that someone else couldn't do.

Avoid static spawns... most won't agro on the escort so go around stay 800m+ away from the bad guys and you should be ok. If they do agro on the escort. Kill them as fast as possible, disable when you can.

Use the best ship you are certed for with the best equipment you are certed for. I upgrade every chance I get so I know that my ship is the best it can be at any point. remember bigger is not always better.

Use droid programs. The ones that you can't program yourself you can get from other pilots. for about 20k you can get a crate of blank chips, then find a pilot of apropriate faction and ask them to burn a couple for you. Most pilots do this for free.

If it is still too much... don't hesitate to ask for help. All of us have had to ask for help at one point or another. being able to solo a squad is just bragging rights. Asking for help doesn't make you any less of a pilot.

whew... not that I got that outof the way.. :ulls out flamethrower::

However, what does make you whinning little loser is that you want the devs to make it easier just for you. Here is another tip, GROW UP.The worlddoesn't revolve around what you want. If your parents were worth a damn they would have taught you that. If you can't get over this rediculously selfish ideal then you need to go swing a glow bat with the rest of your immature "l33t" friends.
