This is exciting. That's a great-looking ship and I'm glad to see we'll have at least three new designs with RotW--and unless the ARC is available to everyone and the Jedi fighter is only for Jedi or something, I'd say we're liable to see another fighter introduced as well. I'm really looking forward to May 5.

Interesting thought for you all...
Rebel: ARC-170
Nuetral: Naboo N1 Starfighter
Imperial: Sith Fighter
Jedi: Jedi Starfighter
POB: Mining Ship cert'ed for all(not the yt2400 but would be cool...)
I wouldn't complain if Jedi got their own cert'ed ship if it shakes out like I have it above.

I still don't see the jedi getting a fighter. I'm sticking to my guns here!
There are several more fighters that can be included from EP3, that they have not said will be included in the expansion. But with 3 professions, we all have to assume at least 1 more will be availible. There are the fighters that look simular to ties (the ones escorting the shuttle looking craft), and there is the craft that obi-won flys (which I assume is a seperatist fighter). I doubt we see the N-1, sith, or Jedi starfighter "1" in the expansion, but who knows, I personally hope we do get them.

I say the more variety you add to space the better, I'm all for these new ships

nothing like adding a probably 50 year old fighter to spice up the game some...

The thing looks like a mutant Stuka or WWII Japanese torpedo bomber. I'd like them to fix the MP ships before bothering with antiques.

I think the ARC 170 will be a super addition, regardless of which faction gets the pink slip, it does look cool.
And P.O.B means 'portalised object' (for you programming types), non-programming types can go with 'players on board'

I don't see them giving jedi a special ship. It doesn't make sense. Where would they put the cert? Padawan? I definatly don't see the Jedi getting a space tree either. I think the Jedi II will be a ship for the masses. Where, and to who it goes to, is fun spectualting
Personnally I see it going to the imperials, and maybe even the Arc 170 as well. There was a couple other fighters (possibly seperatist) in the EP3 trailer, I see those going to the rebels. As for neutrals? Who knows, maybe something completely new.

I agree with the idea that Jedi won't be getting a profession-specific ship.
After some thought I wonder if perhaps some of these new ships won't be acquired via the same system as the Firespray - pieces found when shipwrights RE space loot.
Nothing like a little treasure hunt to inspire pilots to get into space and kill things.

I'm curious about three things...
- How you'll get the shpis (Shipwright, mission, parts, ect.).
- What pilot classes will get these ships.
- What other ships the expansion well include.
I'm excited, though. ![]()

No one knows, and we are all just as excited as you

I hope its a quest, like a really difficult one that would require many pilots
