Nice loadout Mogee! That is one sweet engine!
A couple comments on your loadout. (I hope you don't mind...
)
1. Your chassis was made with garbage resources. You can get another 1000 mass if you buy a good quality one.
2. A shipwright with good resources can make a Mk1 reactor that generates 10.5k energy that weighs 850 mass or less.
3. If you sacrifice a bit of acceleration and recharge on your booster, a Mk1 booster with the same top speed and burn-time (about 10 seconds) weighs in at 1000 mass.
A quality chassis, Mk1 reactor, and Mk1 booster will give you an additional ~3300 mass to work with. Another 1400 if you drop down to a chaff launcher.
Cheers,
Alirc

This guy's tool is useful for finding the best resources that are currently spawned:
http://www.tc.umn.edu/~lamm0039/cgi-bin/swg/sw.cgi
It only works if the crafters on your server keep swgcraft updated.
