RSF was my first squadron, I had 2 gunboats/12 fighters and it definately left an impression.

I actually completed that mission due to a (now fixed) bug. Soloed it later for a friend doing RSF with my Bwing. 2 dead gunboats on the first pass. That'll teach them. <Muhahahahahaha>

Thanks all for the replies. There are in fact 2 gunboats. On my second attempt, I thought I'd hang back and let the RSF fighters engage the Black Sun first. Unfortunately, the two squads sat there motionless. I slowly made my way closer and closer. Suddenly, BLAM! All of the Black Sun were on top of me and I was dead.

I'll give it another try soon.

I attacked the blacksun then headed back to the rsf forces for them to take a few hits.. that made them attack if youre lucky one of the gunboats might go after the npc ships leaving you just 12 fighters and one gunboat ^^
