Dumicus, come to naritus. For the most part we have a very good thing going with rare exception. Our pilots are ruthless but still maintain a sense of honor. If you're overt anywhere be expecting an encounter, no quarter is given. The only time i leave overts alone is if theyre flying a freelance ship in DS, period.

Both sides in the space war are 'governed' by groups and any problems are usually resolved with a few tells or an email to the councils of those governing bodies. Theres one pilot who i suspect of using a 0 mass ship for pvp, but that is only suspect.

Only a couple times have i had to deal with the types of people you guys are describing here ... dummy-missile spamming n00bs who think it's fun to pwn joo with dummies. A quick couple tells to the imperial navy leaders and alliance high command and i havent seeneither of those twoback.

Our pilots on both sides will refuse to assist pilots not following our 'higher rules' of combat in space. Youll never succeed here when its 8 on 1 and your side wont assist you.

The last time there was a spawn camp it was from a very good pilot trying to call me out for a fight. I met him on the condition that he not camp the spawn point again, win lose or draw.

These are the conditions of naritus space combat. Those who refuse to 'play nice' dont get to play with others. Pretty nice here man

Hey leaph, your gonna love this, found out from ostat that Starmakers ship is a cheated POS too. To Ostat quote, "and his ship is second only to my old one". This just keeps getting better and better.

I have no respect for exploiters full stop. I've made up my mind and as much as I like ostat...general exploiting is unforgiveable no matter what grounds it is done on. I do however believe that him and I should both duel in A-wings since he used to fly them mainly before rotw and I fly them mainly now. I have dueled him a few times now and lost but each time..he had a JSF and I had an A-wing [apart from once when I was using a badly setup Belb] and yeh fair enough I lost, but...with the 0 mass 0 energy dilemma...I don't think I can be blamed if I don't really trust him much...so just to see how good/bad I really am...I hereby challenge Ostat to hand my a** to me whilst flying an A-wing with fair parts and no uber shields...if I lose then, well I take my hat off to the guy and my faith is restored because I don't like to believe someone I learned a lot from ingame had irreversably 'turned to the darkside' . Also...with two of the same type ship vs. each other..well I think it balances it out a lot more.

Anyway..as I said, I've decided to keep Leaph on Bria regardless of how ruthless and overpopulated it is. I mean..the lag isn't too terrible there and as I said..I got too many friends there to just go and ditch..it'd be pretty lame of me to do that. As for pvp on Bria..well it isn't bad..it just isn't very organised and I'm sure it'll get better still if/when GCW hits space. Today, I spent 5minutes trying to contain my joy when a TIE Oppressor wasted me with a salvo of 3 IR missiles...I actually tipped the guy for that since it was no surprise attack...I simply had ran out of c/ms during that session in DS and there were no objects/not enough lag/bad clientside detection/my skill of dodging missiles which may or may not have been somthing to do with the previously noted point to stop the missiles from wasting me..so died after a bit of zig-zaggy flying and a whole lotta boosting. So yeh..that guy/girl rocks. [I let him keep the tip when I returned and vaped him after avoiding thenext lock...he/she even had a nice engine in there because they gave me hell trying to get inside their turning circle]

However yeh as I also said..I'll be keeping my toon on starsider and playing it 45% of the time I'm playing the game. I'm loving the attitude there...it is more or less -exactly- what I believe in and I almost had a heart attack earlier when I realised it had taken me two sessions of play to come across a JSF in space...I did see a rather lot more of them after that..but the point is there is a noticeably larger variety of different ships being flown over there..The fact new pilots with low tech, suicidally useless gear [because they havn't mastered yet etc] take part in the pvp events and still have fun is awesome and I salute each and everyone of those pilots..

Erm but yeh to get back into context...exploits are bad, bad attitudes are well..bad, but doesn't mean people can't change their attitudes etc..and erm..yeh, most of us know the drill..

B-wing pilots in pvp. I seen two good B-wingers' on Bria, butpersonally I think the ship is suicidal when operating alone. However with wingmates...I'm sure it could be a nasty opponent if it were packing missiles.
