Thread: My heavy X-Wing is decaying FAST
my engine is almost that good.
drain: 1449.4
mass: 10496.6
pitch: 67.0
yaw: 67.8
roll: 68.3
speed: 97.0
little more mass but also a little more speed. and to clarify, that's a pre-nerf level 6 RE loot, not a crafted. i have another also that's about 900 less mass, little better in the PYR,and 1.1 less speed. the engines that come close to this are the mark IV fighter engines from a SW. they're about 13300 mass, 61 PYR, and 99-99.6 or so speed (best i've gotten anyway). i kinda prefer the prenerfs considering i already boost up my speed with overloads so speed isn't really an issue, mass is and though it's only 3-5k, that can help sometimes.

and I think if you weren't being picky you could see the humor in one upping an absolutiststatement like your's that could be taken more than one way.Continue to imply I'm thick headed if you like, but it's reasonably obvious to anyone who's read more than a couple of my posts I'm not. Sorry if my humor on this occasion was beyond you. (hint- that's why there was a smily in my first post)
Yeesh.
If I'm in my Opressor, or Firespray, or B-wing, or X-wing, or ARC then yes ..pre-nerf reward engines are very obsolete, because I'meither using a 119 speed crafted,a101 speed 78 y/p/r, or any number of RE'd pieces that out perform the pre-nerf engines.
If I'm in my JSF, or Royal TIE then my pre-nerf reward engines are options.
Pre-nerf RE'd engines are great for the little fighters, or for low tier levels. If you've got a ship with higher mass, they are outclassed.

Ship chassis and components shouldn't ever decay below 10 HP. At 10 chassis HP, you'll die if you slam the door too hard once your shields and armor are down, but you should never see your ship completely destroyed by decay.
Good to know thanks for the replay Tomo.
