The question here is if the credits/effortyou spend to get something should reward you in a certain way or not (especially since this game is pretty credit/economy-based). And only unique looks is not really enough for that kind of cost/effort difference. But ok, you can have another oppinion about that.
Yeah I was looking at my wording there and think I typed somthing wrong...hehe was meaning you can't compare most Master Ships with others because they have weaknesses and strong points, but the FireSpray and the Krayt are very alike except for an extra gun here and an extra missle there...was meaning somthing more of the lines where Rebels and Imperials can argue they have some large differences but neither can argue that the Privateer Master Ship "Krayt" is alot better then anything they can use since they all have access to the Firespray and having Access to the Firespray really doesn'treally helpPrivateers now that the Krayt exists..
And I do agree about the Krayt being better then the FireSpray at least till they fix the convergence and the fact you can take another squadmate into space if you wish..other then that I'd say they are pretty equal....but Overall yes the Krayt is probly about the best overall ship in the game...it isn't slow and sluggish like the B-Wing and has more mass then the Oppressor...of course though both Rebel and Imperial can counter that with the FireSpray which I do agree is not quite as good but pretty darn close, fix the convergence and I'd say its every bit of a ship as the Krayt...still though outta every ship i've flown in the game..I still like the Oppressor the very best, then the Krayt a close2ndwith the X-wing following that...
And againI agreethat it comes down to if the Firespray is worth the time effort and money, for me its not...I can easily afford to buy one they are going for around 7-10 mil. on my server but the Krayt is basicallythe same thing if your Privateer, now if your Rebel or Imperial getting a Firespray is like gettingto use your FactionMaster Ship plus having access to a ship equal to a Krayt, for Rebel I run X-Wing for normal flying and B-Wing for Vette runs....Imperial I just fly the Oppressor....
When it comes to Master ships I think the all should be fairly equal but each with their own niche and I think the Firespray and the Krayt are both good all around ships they arn't the very best Vette Ship i'd choose B-Wing for that, they arn't the best PvP ship i'd choose DuneLizard, X-Wing, Advanced for that. But both can do really good for both Vette, PvEand PvP. So I think the Firespray should stay as it is..it should never be the King off all situations...Would still be cool though if the let the firespray use all its hard points for Missles or Guns..it would make it Unique, can you imagine a Firespray with all Missles or all guns. That would be cool...

Yep, just doesnt make sense to fly one into combat (I hear they especially suck in PVP) when you have much better ships to fly
