Funny, I saw a correspondent post a suggestion that may solve the number one problem that a certain section of the game had, get flamed for it by a bunch of Jedi, and then banned for "trolling". A correspondent. Trolling his own forum.

Yeah. I applied for GCW Correspondent after Aura's removal. But I think that calling GarVa out on what was obviously a monumentally stupid move, getting banned for three days for it, and generally telling the "PvP or get out of the GCW" crowd where they could stick their PvP, I think I may have been a bit too opinionated for the position. I still think it would have been hilarious to watch them flip out at the "PvE Correspondent" becoming the new GCW Correspondent, though.

I was so strongly behind Auraboron I started a thread in the c-forum that got deleted.
Wow. The Hand of Mod won't even let people speak out against him where only the Devs and other blue guys can see it. Guilty concience much?

In fairness, there were mitigating factors I can't get into, and given the circumstances, the thread deserved to be deleted. That didn't make it impossible to bring it up without getting skinned alive, though.

I agree that the thread should have been deleted. Even if all the Jedi flames had been deleted, the thread would have never recovered. I even pointed that out in the thread that got me banned. However, banning Aura for doing his job and trying to get feedback from his community about a possable solution to their number one issue was simply inexcusable.

Not knowing the exact wording of the thread, I'll take your word for it. However, I find it hard to believe that there are many reasons that it should have been deleted that don't come down to "GarVa screwed up big time that whole weekend".
