In the JSF? Really? How'd you manage not to get hit in that? I mean it's so huge and all...
Oh yes, my bad. Let me do it in my Decimator the next time so there's a big enough target not for you to be an a§§.
Sounds good to me lol.

I take guildies up in my krayt when they want some exp action - I head into kessel and we shoot up some tier 5 ships. They get the exp, I get someone to cover my arse, it's a mutually benificial arrangement.

I'm all for people getting with other people grinding similar tiers, and flying missions. You learn more, and it's a heck of a lot more fun.

I don't think there's anything intrinsically unethical with letting people ride around in your turrets to help them grind xp. It may hurt their growth as a pilot, but that's their decision. Really, if you want to spend the time killing for them, either because they're your friend or they're laying down the big bucks, and if all they're interested in is making master as fast as possible, hey, it's your time, you can spend it how you want. And if they're interested in actually becoming a good pilot, they're going to have to spend a lot of hours flying themselves around anyway, so it's not like the system is really being cheated.
This game's supposed to be about having fun. If someone finds it more fun to get dragged around in a tailgun than to put in the effort themselves, I'd question their priorities, but I wouldn't criticize them for it.

I help out people in guild with Tier1 & 2.
Too low in skills and too low in experience to learn anything. Just a training to learn escort, docking etc.
IMO, you don't learn much before you hit Tier3, and start using DI with multipe programs.
Once people start upgrading to "RE-ships" thats when they really learn what pilot is all about.
