The Krayt actually makes for an okay PVP ship, too. The width of its gun placements makes it easy to sweep light fighters as they try to swing around on you, and even if they get behind you, you've got a turreteer to take them out. I normally love going up against medium and heavy fighters in my Interceptor, but Krayts get me muttering.
