There is content beyond master... but most of it involves helping more junior pilots. I am about to drop master RSF and do one of the rebel squadrons.

There is no better activity while waiting for overts to enter deep space than stripping the ISD/Freedomof its guns. Nothing more fun than when an overt comes after you while you're still in range of the big guns.

You will still be able to use your JSF in any faction as long as your pilot skill is 4-3-3-3.
Yeah, I know, but it's that whole grind back to 4333 without the JSF that I'm not keen on.
Faction Farming
Go to an empire or alliance station and go overt. Have a friend pick up a T4 factional duty mission. In one night you can pull in monstrous faction points. This will also give you great loot to troll for.
