Tier 4 - Mission 2

Capture the Bothan controlled engineering transport

Part 1) Disable Transport

Fly tothe waypoint and disable the transport. It is escorted by 5 Tier 4 Ixiyen Fast Attack Craft.

Part 2) Escort the transport

Quite a long escort, and you will be attacked by waves of A-Wings, X-Wings, Y-Wings and B-Wings.

Part 3) Capture a Second Transport

Same as part 1

Part 4) Escort Second Transport

Same as part 2

Part 5) Retrieve Satellites

Fly to waypoint and dock with a freighter. Nothing attacked me while doing this part.

Part 6) Deliver Satallites

Then deliver the satellites to Field Engineers, which means fly to another waypoint and dock with the ship there. When you arrive at the waypoint for the engineers, rebel ships (X-Wings and Y-Wings) will spawn and attack you. After docking with the first one you will be given a second waypoint with another engineer freighter to dock with. After you dock with the second one the mission is complete.

I'm having trouble passing the second mission in Tier 3 for Storm Squadron and was wondering if anyone else has? What keeps on happening is that I complete the mission all the way up to the patrol points and after that your suppose to continue and help some npc tie fighters. My problem is that I never get the waypoint to the npc tie fighters. Also when I get done patroling the area I do not having anything else in my quest log. If I'm missing something or if there are others that are having this problem I want to know.

Work is the nuisance between sleeping and gaming.

Slow down how? It's not like I just finish the patrol and leave. I've waited 10-20 min. for a waypoint to show up after the patrol and still nothing happens.

I got some help Monday Night from a couple of fellow pilots to get 3rd mission of Storm Squadron.

Anyway back to the grind. Working on getting

the last 3333 mission done.

By slow down he means do the patrol slower, around 500 speed.... If you fly through it too quickly, the mission won't continue to update...

I have yet to use missiles and I soloed all of this with smaller ships than they recommended, as I didn't have them trained yet. It is definitely possible, challenging, but fun and rewarding!
