- After you complete the Combat Upgrade respec process and while you are eligible for the Token Respec you will be allowed to earn Master Badges.
Aparently we should be able to hang onto our Token Respec as long as we please.

Still waiting for my ticket to be answered for the first time. Last time I had a ticket open it took over two weeks of back and forth to fix a simple bug.
I just used the token respec and was done with the whole issue. It really isn't that worthwhile to hold onto it for a long period of time. Just level up Image Designer (which only takes a couple of hours to master) and respec it into whatever you want and be done with it. It isn't like leveling it that tedious in this game, especially compared to other MMOs, that it really is that inconvenient to drop a profession completely for a new one is really going to take that long to get back to master, especially for combat professions if you group up.
Level Image Designer, use your token and be done with it. That is a whole lot simpler than waiting for SoE to fix the bug that prevents people from gaining those badges while they still have the token.

Archlurker, could you provide the name of your character with which this took place along with the name of the CSR that helped you? On both occasions that I have asked a CSR for help with this and mentioned what you wrote as an example, they basically say "sorry, can't do that, maybe if you provided names we could get somewhere with this." So, in the interest of getting somewhere with this annoying bug, it would be cooler than fonzie if you could provide the names. Thanks
