WO4, I've heard from a few people, and Id believe it after trying it out myself, is just as bugged as WO3 - except, instead of all the bugs working in your favor (increased damage, decreased EPS and drain) they all work against you (decreased damage [or at least no appreciable damage bonus], increased EPS and drain). In an A-wing, with IIRC a level 7 loot gun, WO4 drained my cap in about 3 shots.
