Your setup is what id use for PvE. I have a MKIV and L8 blaster in my bank, just for the quick change out.
Reason i went with an L8 shields is because if i didnt, id be missle bait in PvP. I could probably be ok with a MKIV, but knowing some of the ppl on my server, i opted for the extra padding

Pretty good. She's about to go on the shelf, though. CorSec is calling me. I'm just trying to decide if I should go with the Heavy Scyk, or not bother and get a Dunelizard at Tier 1.

As a frequent squadron hopper, I would like to add my two cents in favor of the duny over the heavy syck. In addition to the bonus of a second weapon spot, it's just a much cooler ship.

Keep it i got a few of em taking up space on my storage vendor, so im happy to be rid of it
That said, i think i might be flying alot less and crafting alot more in the future. Figure maybe its time to "retire" and open up a SW shop.

I dont think im gonna transfer anymore, as i don't think my game would improve any. That and im fed up with how space pvp is working out these days, on top of various longstanding, unfixed, exploits.
