All the big ships oversteer... that is the price of all that mass. That is why there are two main types of pilot... dogfighters and bombers.

200k for a KSE, bah, mine was 8 million lol.

If you can get over it's sluggishness its a really good PVE ship, I use it exclusively for taking vettes down but I wouldn't dream of PVP-ing in it.

over steer is something that shouldnt happen in space

sure if your flying a c5B galaxy and you turn it too sharp your gonna bank and pitch down, but that wont happen in space. in space a paper air plane and something the size of Halo would have the exact same acceleration and steering potential

oh god... here comes the physics argument again

I think it has been established that the space physics are not totally in line with reality, but most of us agree that some measure of susspended reallity is needed to keep the game playable and fair. So lets not rehash this.

I am imagining a bunch of people loaded into one of those jeep thingies, and trying to get into space via the "jumping" method highlighted in so many Halo videos. It's a funny mental image.

Ummm...only if tthe two things happaned to have the exact same mass and mass disrtibution. Otherwise, no.

WRONG......mass effects inertia

Ya have to agree with JaekeW here they would both, in theory, have the same possible top speed but the paper airplane has much less inertia, the lack of air doesn't change that.

What, you mean light speed?

I don't rate them at all. Poser's ship imo. Not that people who fly them are posers..but 1. There are way cheaper more effective ships available for pvp. and.. 2. They are easy kills in pvp.

Well since were talking about physics and Einstein hasn't, to my knowledge, been proven completely wrong it would be a little under light speed but, yes.

Well I think you could get there as long as your Reactor has a regen rate of infinity

And yeah, interia exists in space. People seem to get confused all the time on the difference between weight and mass. An object has mass no matter what gravitational field it is in, and inertia is due to mass.
