I mastered the three rebel pilot professions before P. 23. When that publish hit, I got the three medals. Since then I have mastered the three imp pilot professions and one freelance and haven't received medals for any of them.

With my luck they'll fix it when I mastered all 9 Squads and got only 2 spaces in my inventory free

This bug may have been fixed briefly at some point, but going off player and correspondent feedback when this was brought up again a few weeks ago, it's certainly not working now.

/bugging it in-game might help the process, but don't feel like you need to report it every day or anything. I feel like a lot of issues are known about for quite a while, but it often takes some time until the resources can be devoted to fixing them.

That's no excuse for taking so long to fix bugs like this, mind you, just my personal experience with the processes of this game.

It tends to be a mixed bag. I actually had a CSR help me yesterday (Rebel Trooper for part of the Eta-2 quest spawned in a wall, couldn't move forward with the quest until he was dead and couldn't AoE him out of the wall) while two days ago I got the "Wow, sucks to be you. Please keep paying us for the game." response. /shrug You win some, you lose some…

This was acknowledged by Tomo, so he hopefully will get a fix one day or another. Or I sure hope, since I am doing all 9 squadrons and will be the pilot with more missing medals in the SWG history (all 9 of them).
