This is all personal preference.

I personally love the Oppressor for PVP

I can't believe that no one has said:

"Why, it's the one I'm flying at any given moment."

And you call yourselves PILOTS! Hah!

I meant duel without being overt or actually being able to damage each other. I learned a lot from mock battles just circling wingmates while waiting for someone to show up for a mission. It shows you how you get hit, as well as gives you good practice using the throttle to bring an opponent into the crosshairs for a kill without dying so fast you can't analyze what happened.

BS, the Firespray is great for PvP. Takes practice to make her shine, but anyone who says it sucks simply has never bothered to try.

I had a firespray for about 2 days till I realized the the krayt is a much better ship both in firepower and handeling and with pretty much the same mass there no reason to spend the 7 mil. From the Imp pilots I hear that the Oppressor is much better ship with comparitive mass, better firepower and better handeling. I don't know any rebel pilots but from theabsence of firesprays in DS and group PvP, I would say that I am closer to being right than you.

Shooting a Firespray is like aiming at the broadside of a barn. That's why you don't see it as much. No matter how good you are with it, you will be at a certain disadvantage. If you want to overcome that for the sake of flying a Firespray, hey great. You'll probably be fine against a lot of players.

The really strong PVPers though, with smaller, faster, more maneuverable ships will eat you for lunch though.

The Tie Oppressor, best ship in the game. Excells in both PvE and is deadly in PvP.

I am dead serious. It is my overall favorite ship due to its versatlity.

Januhull, i do not know what your problem is or for that mattereven care, but pls refrain from posting on my forum. You are acomplete and totaljackass uncapible of contributing anything usefull in this descusion.I do not care what your idiotic views are about this proffesionbecause, as you have so willingly proved through your posts, you are not only udeserving of the tittle pilot but also an idiot incapible of simple logic.

As you can plainly see from this form i never once specifiedwhata certainfactions best ship was, or evensaid anything when others mentioned ships from two differnet factions. This leads any sencible person to the conclusion that i have yet to even choos a faction, therefor it would be imposible for me to see what works for me without having to master allthree, and posibly remaster one, of the piloting professions. this along with the cost of fittingeach ship with even just decent gear as yopu can plainly see, well maybe not, is an unreasnoble amount of time and money. Thx to the gracious views of the people that have posted withthe intent of helpingme i am able to learn frompilots who know what they are talking about and save myself time and money, what normal person wouldnt want to do that. Who wouldnt want to learn fromthe experiance of others.

also what the hell are you talking about when you mention fotm. Since there is no fotm in space, atleast that im aware of, this leads me to belive you are some kind of social reject convinced that by isolating yourself form from all things that link you to a mass group you become better then everyone. Guess what, your not.

To all the people that have aided me in this form i thank you, since it seems thatso far common belief is that the jsf is the best that means that i can choos my faction based on somthing else. Though more advice is always welcom thx.

please forgive all spelling errors.

I wasn't going to say anything because this sounds like a damned fool who's too frickin' lazy to determine that for himself.

Get your ass in a ship and fly the goddamned thing and see what works for you. Don't come up here with your puppy dog ass and sniff my butt like I'm a friggin FOTM.

That's a proper pilot response.

To clarify, I interpret this post to mean "what will get me the most return for the minimum effort so I can just grind to that point and not have to worry about thinking about it for myself".
