I just wish everyone would realize that some things are done for fun and for the experience of doing it and not for the loot at the end of it. Plus at the end of it you can say I destroyed a Star Destroyer.

agreed..I suppos it's the same for me except I don't recall getting any xp fo it though...infact I'm sure I didn't get any cus the only message that came accross the screen was the credit chip info.... : (

I believe declared Rebel Pilots (you have to go overt before heading in) get 500 fp per SD.

By the way...there is an imp master pilot who kept attacking me to draw me out of the SD's blind spot so it could shoot me...I killed him every time he attacked me but he can attest to the fact that I was there alone for anyone who does wanna call BS....I say that because I was doing that when I heard that it actually happened...I was like "yeah right" but it is true...anyway...you know who you are pilot...I killed you in your oppressor a couple time out there.
This probably isn't a big deal to you "Uber l33ts' " out therewho probably kill it a couple times a day,but I kinda tripped out when all was said and done so I apologize if I get too excited about soloing that thing...it was kinda cool though I guess
You got lucky I only got 16k when I soloed it. I didn't die when I soloed it either. It can be soloed without dying if you are patient and you have a little luck with no imp players coming along.

i do this in a few minutes in my awing for fun, never losing half shields. got it down to a science now.

I dont see rubbing the hull to stay outa range and killing the ISD a major accomplishment.
I see it as an exploit that will get fixed.

Well I for one do not exploit blind spots, or rub the hull or even use fighters for it.
I use the most "gimped" ship in the game. My YT. I don't launch a single piece of ordnance. I do it the hard way; the FUN way.

the star destroyer should be much harder to kill, but not actually the sd itself.
The problem is that the fighter escort doesnt actually do anything..
