Let me guess, you're Imperial on the ground and neutral in space?

If you're a neutral pilot, but a rebel or imp on the ground, you can get both the Vaksai and your factional ship. My girlfriend just soloed both missions tonight.

Yep devs are really lazy. Having a new ship is nice but a new new ship is really better. And there are so many ships in a StarWars universe I don't understand why they can't bring them in.

I am starting to think they don't have propers authorisations to model existing ships.

I'd rather have no new ships at all. The new ships that were introduced are helplessly overpowered. They should dump the new ships and give us JTL back.

ya but hwat i hear is unless you llvl 80 to kill the guy theres nothing you can do to get it. since i am a lonely lvl26. i have tried to group for it but no love at the moment.

They DID add new ships though. This is what they added, in total, shipwise:

• 3 high-mass versions of the starter (tier 0) ships
  
• 3 high-mass versions of higher level ships (red interceptor, x-wing, vaksai)
  
• 3 completely new designs (ARC-170, jedi fighter, grievous fighter)
  

That last line says it all. The easiest way to add new content is to make variants of existing things, of course. And they did that, in addition to giving us something completely new. Let's keep that in perspective.

I'd like to see more though. I want to see transports, such as lambda shuttles. I'd love to see a YT-2400. And so on. I'd love to see some POB ships that can be used at lower cert levels than Ace, perhaps one that is faction-independant.

Sorry I haven't managed to explain myself : StarWarts Universe is about diversity of races, of planets, of cultures, of technologies and ships.

Those new new ships are a nice addition, but what I really really want is new model. I don't even care about stats. I would prefer they add new models reusing existing stats (like a T-Wing 3D model on a X-Wing flight model for example) because it would add the famous diversity of StarWars.
As for the NPC freighters, space traffic, they could add others 3D models.

And, obviously, I agree with you about player transports.

I am trying to get this fighter, am an imperial on the ground and a freelancer in space. I am stuck at the moment. The girl at Kashyyyk space station only has duty missions for me to do. There is also a conversation option to go talk to Eyma again on the ground for something else. I go to talk to Eyma and the only options I have are not to do anything, or to go back to the station for the duty missions. No idea what I am supposed to do at this point. Any help??
