Heh, we're luck to have 6 slots as it is.

6 is a blessing. we used to have THREE.

I onlyuse 3 slotsthese days:

Decimator (won't redeed it because of time I spent decorating it and it is also used to store parts worth keeping for RE).

Yacht (because I spent even more time decorating it than my Deci)

Single player ship (usually a T/A, T/B, or T/O).

Personally, I'd just be happy if color and decal schemes and names were preserved when you redeeded a ship. If that were the case, 6 slots would be plenty, and you could just swap out components to another ship and keep the rest of the deeds you want in your safety deposit box, "on deck" so to say.

I've only got 3 slots, no RotW yet.

1. Oppressor (not outfitted yet)

2. Decimator (not outfitted yet, either )

3. Heavy TIE, outfitted fairly well at this point, most, if not all, crafted parts atm, plans to goloot farming as soon as I finish CM. Gonna try for RE LVL 10 blasters, RE lvl 8 reward shields (the ones you get from Inquisiton w/ 2550 or so f/b), possible lvl 8 RE engine for PvP, and keeping my spiffy 100 speed crafted for PvE. My reactor and cap will both stay low-level crafted until I get a particularly good piece of loot to RE.

I actually use all 6 of mine, heh (well - on Corbantis anyways; on Starsider I only have my Novice Z-95 )

-Yacht (this one was a pain to manage when I had only 3 slots - I could only have two fighters)

-Heavy X-Wing

-A-Wing

-B-Wing

-ARC-170 (only one that I don't regularly fly - I should probably swap it out for my heavy Z-95 at some point)

Decimator:For taking lots of people up for events
Y-8: For whenever they fix it.Take people up in it who have never been in a POBeither, it has the coolestinterior IMO
ARC-170: Taking noobs up for xp, and looks awesome.
Bel-22: Mining
RGI: PvP.. when it gets fixed that is.
Opressor: Faction Farming, and missle wh*ring in big PvP

So yes, it is easy to use all 6 slots.

Edit: I reguarly swap my best engine between my fighters. Edit: And when they put in the Capital ships, the decimator and Y-8 will probbably go. And if they ever come out with a TIE defender, the Opressor is getting deeded.

YT-1300 - Gotta have 1 of these!!

Firespray - fun and looks. Great for helping people grind (btw I made it and it has 213.6k mass)

Y-8 - Cool looks and possibly mining when fixed

Belbullab-22 - (until I get the Arc or JSF) - small agile ship

Dunelizard - for mining.

M-22 "Krayt"- big gunship
