Yeah, when I said I got "the" medal, that was a bit of a misnomer.

What squads are those of you who can't get them with? Are you still the same pilot faction as the admiral you're trying to receive them from? Can you provide any other details or think of any possible reasons why you wouldn't be receiving the medals?
imperial storm squadron aceand yes I'm still in it.
cant think of any other details that might help.
maybe being special forces or combatant? I was combatant when I tried.

Most recent master was Rebel Ace, Havoc squadron. Also mastered smugglers alliance (jabba's palace pilot trainers).
When I converse with teh admiral in Doaba Hotel on Coreilla he gives me a Rebel Alliance Medal oh honor for service above and beyond the call of duty taking out that corvette in kessel. I double clicked him 8 times and now have 8 medals.
When I visit the admiral with my Imperial ace. Mastered Black Epsilon first, then Imperial Inquisition, he says the emporer has authorized giving me a medal and says here it is. But I get nothing in my inventory.

I was able to get my medal on live with my Imp Inquision Ace, and so did a buddy of mine.

I couldn't get the metal from the Theed Pallace, and my Pilot is a BE Ace, RSF Ace, Imperial Inq. Ace, and about to be a Storm Ace.

tried to go to the rebel admerial and get my medel. he said heres your medel and i got nothing.

I'll give it a shot later and see if I get one. It's interesting though, I have been considering doing medals RP style for some of the Imperial Aces on the server (/salute Mardius). Hopefully this won't detract from that plan.

What a disappointment lol.
A medal - decorative only, worn as a necklace - that you can get unlimited count of provided you are an ACTIVE ace for that squad...
I mastered Privateer, via the Rebel Admiral, and tried to get a medal there, but cannot.
Anyone want to trade an imperial one for a rebel one?
Or is there a way to get a Privateer medal, even though my Ace Missions giver was he ^?
