i found the adv xwing to be too slow for regular use. id rather use the grevious or JSF for grinding just for the faster turning. No real need for that magic invisible 3rd weapon

Concentrate on a really good engine. Then fit everything else around it. Firepower is for X-wings and Krayts.

ive flown a jsf with all l10 gear besides the engine and shield which were l8, and with those guns tier5 ships ate it in 2-4 hits. but i still prefered my adv-x with triple l10s because it was noticably faster killing npcs (about 50% to be exact). it could take out a tier5 stiff in a single shot. it could eventank the isd bridge, after hitting the reactor i would just go full stop and open up on it.

Vaksai has only weapon mount so a L8/L6 is not an option. If I can get a good RE lvl10 on there with .35 refire or lower, I am happy.


And yes, I am aiming for a loot grinding JSF. I don't really PvP much. And when I do, ePulse 3

Yea verily. Throw an L10 in the back and anything over 80 YPR will MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE you in a godawful hurry.

You can stuff a Corellian Beamrail into the Vaksai along with some seriously other sick parts. I'll post my loadout in it with the Beamrail tonight after I get home.She's fast, nimble, and hits like a typhoon. I love the thundering boom from the cannon when it fires .

You're going to have a tough time making that JSF flyable with two L10 REs. What I'd do if I were you is use a L10 and an L8 RE, along with a L6 RE'd Engine. The rest is all gravy.


If you figure 40k for the L10 and 25k for the L8, that leaves 25k to play around with. Figure 10k for the engine, and you're left with a decent amount of shielding (at least 1k f/b) and enough space to squeeze in your reactor, DI, and a tiny booster.


You can improve on those figures with good REs, which I'm sure you can get with Jotun's help

Yeah, Jotun has been great. My Vaksai is pretty much done aside from the gun. Topspeed with booster is around 1964, which is fast enough for me with 79 PRY.


JSF just needs a bit of help. Going to take everyone's opinions and work some things out on paper, then bug Jotun.
