No need to compare... new ships are overpowered in all aspects

nerfing the new ships isn't the answer, bring up the old ones is. When something is nerfed it starts creating it own "unBalace" and the nerfage just keeps going. Hell look what the cry baby rebels did to the AT-ST, CL-65 omg, LOL. As I rebel I had no problem with the high cl AT-STs because not everyone owned one. On TC all the Imperials got one because they are the ones on live who DON'T have one. My Imp toons AT-ST is useless to me, and to my Rebel toon they are a joke.
In this particular case, I would say that nerfing is the answer.
The old ships, their capabilities and their various strengths and weaknesses are fairly balanced (yes, I know. There is no real use for heavy ships), bringing these up to the slightly amusing stats of the uber RotW ships isn't a good idea. Especially not since we don't need faster and more maneuverable ships than the A-wing. It just turns combat into a merry-go-round and removes the dogfighting. We saw this in JTL beta, and it actually still exists because the ships are so maneuverable.
So in short: Faster, more maneuverable ships than the A-wing, while at the same time heavier (as in more mass for components), a smaller target, and with more weapon slots is just as moronic as making Clone Armor more commonly worn than Stormtrooper armor. ![]()
Dunno. An AT-ST being able to one shot any PC, armor or not, seems reasonable to me.
After all, the thing is artillery. Not just a gun. Keep them relatively easy to kill and that's one thing, but making them easy to kill and not a danger to get hit by makes them big expensive kaadu pets.
Can the Heavy Z95 be used by rebels? This thing looks nice, and i want one.

No, I would like to keep flying my A-wing, but since it didn't get a "heavy" version, I'm stuck trying to get the H.z95. I can use that extra 30k mass well....very well lol.
where do you get the mission for the Heavey z95?
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find a Shipwright and ask him to make you one.
